I received the wrong order through the drive-through. When I noticed, I was already 10 minutes out of town. I did not have time to turn around and go back, but I wanted to know what I received because of food allergies that I have. The person that answered the phone hung up on me after I explained what occurred. Eventually, I connected with a manager who apologized and told me to come back the next time I’m in Aberdeen so they can make it right. When I returned, they didn’t want to remake any food for me because they had other paying customers. I waited 15–20 minutes and took the food frustrated. After driving away, I realized they made the wrong order again. I won’t go back.

Just wanna say Thank you to Managaer Darna for taking our order and accommodated me and my wife for waiting so long on our order through the drive-thru. The staff was excellent even when they was busy with long line at the drive through. Fantastic job on Manager Darna.

I door dashed a crunch wrap and soft shell taco, as well as added a potato for a side.
The crunch wrap was basically lettuce amd cheese, didn't receive my soft shell or potato, and the hard shell I didn't order, came with 4 pieces of chicken??
By far the worse taco bell I have EVER had.

So far I’m not impressed. Waiting inside for over 45 minutes and still no sign of food and they’re not even busy which is confusing. Customer before me had to tell them 5 times what kind of tacos he ordered and he waited over 45 minutes for 6 tacos. Whoever runs this establishment really needs classes in running it efficiently. Hire people that work!!
