Thanks for the drive-thru service. Staff was professional and courteous. They forgot to give part of our order, went back….they apologized, gave us the rest of the order with absolutely no hassle. Thanks again!
Brandon Arby’s has the most courteous staff. I’ve been here a couple times and even with a food mix up, I’d still recommend. They gladly fixed the mistake and made it right with a free meal for next time.
It's got to be pretty bad for me to pay, then leave disgusted without any food, but I didn't want to get more ticked than I was. They're in fierce competition to see how bad their service can be. It will be a long time before I go back to Brandon's Arby's.
