“We made the drive out to The Red Rock Bar and Grill, last night, to try their famous mutton chislic and it did not disappoint! The grilled chislic was cut into small pieces, making them nice and tender (we ordered the cook medium). They were flavored well (though we did add a wee bit of garlic salt, at the table, bc that's how we like our chislic). We also ordered Sriracha dry rub and parmesan garlic wings. The wings were cooked to perfection, crispy but not dry. The Sriracha seasoning was yummy, but I was most impressed that the parmesan garlic wings weren't slapped with some fakey bottled sauce. They were rolled in real garlic butter with real grated parmesan on top (just how we make them at home)! The service was excellent, super friendly and helpful!*Oh, and for you ranch connoisseurs, the ranch was "good ranch"! ??We will be back!“
“Comfortable atmosphere, great selection of craft beer, including many local options. My new favorite place to get a good drink, and enjoy good conversations.“

“My first time at Tailgators….. I checked out the menu and saw the Fourth and One burger. It had peanut butter and jelly on the bottom bun, topped with an egg, cheese, some of the best bacon ever and other garnishments. I had to try it and….. I absolutely loved it! I’ll be back again when I’m in town.“

“This is a review that I have waited so long to make. I have dined with this food truck more than any other food truck in the area. I was so excited to be able to dine at their location Friday evening. The menu is fantastic and everything that I have ordered, I have been impressed with. This past Friday, my wife and I shared the burger battle burger. I can tell you that it was one of the more reasonably priced burgers (it was an absurd price last year, so I am glad it has gone down to where the other competitors are at). It was incredibly delicious and our server recommended to pair it with a sour. That recommendation was one of the best pairings I have had with any type of food. I cannot wait to come back to the brick and mortar to try more of their permanent menu and have a cold beer. It is absolutely worth your while to visit.“

“We’re out-of-towners and it did not disappoint! The campground host recommended this place and we’re glad we took her up on it!“

“Visited on a frigid Sunday afternoon (1:30-2:15). I was the only in-town customer, but there was a group of about half a dozen individuals from out of town who stopped in at the same time. Only one employee was working. She cooked, served the food, and attended the bar. She accomplished all efficiently, with a friendly demeanor, while providing quality service. I had the bone-in wings with pro-gold sauce and a side of fries as my main meal. I tried their breakfast all pro burger. I had a non-alcoholic Budweiser Zero, water, and Dr. Pepper to drink. The wings were delicious. The fries were perfect. I would rank these fries as good as any I have ever eaten. Except for the toasted bread, the ingredients for the burger tasted just okay (3/5). The burger itself was sloppy and messy to eat, though, which really downgraded the experience. I would think the all pro burger without the egg would be a less sloppy option. Maybe I will try that next time. If I could have ordered again, I would have ordered more wings and skipped the burger.Parking: The street was empty when I visited, but the weather was frigid, and it was not peak hours. It can get really busy and hard to find parking most evenings after 5 pm.Wheelchair accessibility: Not handicap accessible in the front. I am not sure if there is an alternative entrance that is handicap accessible.“
