Brandon, SD GM and team - I came to your store tonight initially annoyed because my delivery order was super late. I was helped by someone and then the GM came over and asked if I had been helped. I watched the GM interact with her team and her team interact with her as they righted my order. I will take late pizza again anytime knowing the respect, the courtesy and the attitude that the GM was showing to her team. I was completely floored at the horrible experience I had today at this location. The two charming ladies I got to experience (including Kate, the manager) have no business interacting with customers. In the end, I was yelled at by both of them, my order was canceled (not at my request) and I was hung up on twice. We ordered for delivery and we received a call about 30 minutes after we placed our order explaining one of their drivers had car troubles and would be about 20 more minutes until our food arrives. They apologized for the delay and offered to add a dessert to our order. Top notch! Appreciate the communication!
