Have tried twice now 2 nights in a row ordering online but says it’s closed for service we called the other night and supposedly due to short staff though there was legit only like 3 cars in the lot and now again tonight online tried again and says closed. Perhaps start hiring people than if it’s such a problem.

20 min wait and place just opened for the day. Tons of tables open. The excuse was, "not enough cooks so kitchen is backed up." We ended up going to Whiskey Creek.

When we arrived there were plenty of tables open but we were told there was a 15 minute wait unless we wanted to sit at the bar and eat. So we decided to sit at the bar and I'm glad we did because Chlo was bartending and she was great. Chlo was doing the work of 3 people and doing it with a smile and a great attitude!

Not sure what we did to make our server upset, but she helped all the tables around us at least 4 times, checking in on them pretty consistently and would literally look the other way when walking past ours. Didn't check in on us once until we were about finished. Food was decent but service was terrible.

Mozzarella sticks still cold, well done cheeseburger came out medium rare hamburger. The server continued to mess up time and time again. I haven't seen service that was so inconsistent in a very long time.

I ordered 50 cent wings. They were the size of a nugget. 1/2 were the size of a teaspoon. The breading was tasty but a lot. Not much chicken. Would be great size for kid meal
Went on 10-11-24, over Hobo day. Walked in, was told there was a 40 min wait. Half the bar area and the restaurant were open so I assumed short staffed. The manager was sitting in the back in booty pajamas and had Qdoba takeout. Took about 10 min once we finally got seated to get talked to by our waitress, she couldn't remember what we said if we ordered more than one thing. Took about 15 min to get our drinks, witress forgot waters timm 1.5 hours into service after asking 3 times for them . Food was OK. Ordered a second round of drinks when food came and didnt get them till we were well done eating. Salad was drenched in dressing chicken sandwich was over done. Fires, corn dog and burger were good. 2 hours later for a restaurant less than half full we paid and were done. Will never go back.

I can’t share an actual review of the food or atmosphere since I never got to try the food. My husband and I are in the hospital. I delivered a baby today and was looking forward to non hospital food. We went online but the only location that came up to order online was Watertown. The Brookings location was no where to be found. My husband then called instead. It rang and rang until he got a machine automated “goodbye” and the line went dead. No biggie. We called back. This time someone answered and said “be with you in 2 seconds” and placed us on hold. After 30 minutes of trying to calm my impatience husband down I decided to call on my phone to see if I could get an answer. On my line it rang and rang until I got the automated “goodbye”. We ended up ordering from Craft Chophouse which is hopefully going to be good. I’m just a little bummed since I was looking forward to the Bourbon Chicken and Shrimp.

Worked till 7:30 pm, long day doing construction, 9 hours from our hometown, went in sat down , took 17 minutes to get waitress to ask what we wanted to drink, took forever to get our drinks, ended up getting food same time as our drinks. Waitress was extremely rude! Will never go back to that establishment!!!! Left a $2 tip which was $2 to much!!!! Very disappointed about whole situation!
