When we arrived there were plenty of tables open but we were told there was a 15 minute wait unless we wanted to sit at the bar and eat. So we decided to sit at the bar and I'm glad we did because Chlo was bartending and she was great. Chlo was doing the work of 3 people and doing it with a smile and a great attitude!
The place was not busy when my husband and I went in to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Time was 9:30p.m. Took about 5 minutes to get us seated. Overall service was very friendly, but also very slow. When we finally got our appetizers, they were all lukewarm. We placed an order for 2 orders of mozzarella sticks and an order of spinach artichoke dip. The mozzarella sticks really were not melted at all. The Artichoke dip was so cool that I could have fed it to a one year old...
We come here often. Everytime the tables and bar is EXTREMELY sticky. We tell them about it they bring a cold rag and wipe it down. We also work in the restaurant industry so not picking on them but something needs to give. Service is slow at times. Stood waiting to be seated for over 10 minutes and there was only 7-10 people eating. I love Applebee's so this needs to be addressed. Great food as always.
