Worst restaurant ever.We got there got seated then we had to wait 20 mins for them to take are order then waited 15 to get are drinks.Then people that got there after us got their food and left before we got are's.Then 30 mins later we still didn't get are food and are waiter didn't say anything about it and we finally just left after waiting 1 hour 30 mins.worst service ever

The last 4-5 times I've gone to Bdubs has been terrible. I always get COLD FOOD every time. The most recent time I went, I asked for ketchup and had to wait almost 10 minutes while the server proceeded to print tickets and talk to her coworkers. She delivered the ketchup to me and asked how everything was and my response was "It's okay, not the best" and the server said nothing and walked away. The food was cold, wings had practically NO sauce, and the lack of care from the server was the cherry on top. I won't be stopping in again for a few months. When I return, I'll update the review if it needs it but I highly doubt things will change.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! We had a group of about 10 of us and our tables weren't ready, so we were asked to wait at the bar and have a couple drinks. We had 1 drink up at the bar and no issues. We got sat down and ordered another drink and our food. We were all chatting amongst ourselves and watching the football game in the back and even gave the waitress a compliment (which she rolled her eyes at). We got 2 things of our appetizers (not our meals) and then we're waiting on drinks. We went to ask our server if we could get another round and she said no, confused by this and asked why. She presumed to say we were all too drunk and would not serve us anymore (ALL of us, we had 3 DD drivers -one whom was pregnant). We asked what we did and she could not answer us. We asked to see the supervisor 3x. Finally he came over and was a complete jerk and could not tell us what we did wrong and said he canceled all of our orders and to leave. We all walked out and were cordial about it, but alot of unanswered questions as we were shocked by this as none of us knew what we had done wrong. Never will I give my service to another Bdubs as we didn't deserve that and left us all feeling ashamed for nothing!!! 10 people and all of us said we will NEVER be back!!!

The idea of wings from here is amazing!!! But the last 5 times I kid you not my order has been completely trashed :( it doesn’t matter if I order to go or I dine in they always mess my order up, mind you I order the same thing everytime . I always ask them for 15 fresh wings with extra sauce, usually the wings are cold, all flats or all drums. I’d prefer flats and drums and for my wings to have extra sauce on them and FRESH, not tasting crunchy and dry. I hate paying double the price for less than what’s being served. I don’t know whether it’s the food or the service I’m more disappointed with. I spoke to Dylan the Gm and he was a complete jerk to me. It’s unfortunate that buffalo wild WINGS in Brookings isn’t producing up to the standard that they promote.

Somehow the traditional wings were over cooked and cold at the same time. My guess is they were old and sitting in a warmer for a long time. Half the wings hardly had any seasoning on them. Kitchen messed up my wife’s order as well

Today 12/13/24 we were returning from a funeral and stopped by Brookings BWW for a bite to eat. We got seated right away when we walked in and our drink order was taken. Our Waitress Angela Miller, was by far the best Waitress we have had when visiting this location. That says a lot because we always get good service at this location. Angela was fast and prompt with our drinks and took our food order right away. Once our food was brought out Angela made sure to ask if there was anything else we needed. She also stopped by and brought us Togo containers for our lunch tomorrow. We got to sharing about tattoos and had a few good laughs as well. It's Waitresses like Angela that make restaurants like this, places that we enjoy returning to. Please keep keep her around she's to good to ever lose. Matt Damm

I went to pick up a kids meal to go. It was only supposed to be 4 wings and fries. I special requested flats and got them. When I got my order home, they had given me 6 wings! Pleasant surprise and great service! Danessa was very nice, and her coworkers were too! I hope I got her name right. Very accommodating and hospitable.
Stopped for lunch with an old friend today. Had the hatch pepper burger and added fries pickles instead of fries. The burger was delicious, but the fries pickles were delivered cold, not appealing to me. Highly recommend any of the smash burgers. My friend had the southern chicken sandwich which was delicious as well.

I just ordered honey bbq wings via doordash, did not mind that they forgot my carrots, did not mind that they gave me 9 wings instead of the 10 I ordered, but was extremely disappointed to find that instead of honey bbq it was the spiciest sauce I have ever had in my life. I cannot handle spicy food (wish I could), and this seemed like a pretty extreme mistake. Would not recommend ordering here, no matter how much you're craving wings.
