Door dashing is terrible there. I waited almost 20 minutes to get staff to acknowledge me. They looked at me multiple times but would not acknowledge me. Don't accept door dash of you cant satisfy the order in a timely matter. We all are busy.

Ordered food thanksgiving night. Wasn't busy except for online orders. If your going to be the only place open on thanksgiving. Why would you want tk serve the worst version of yiur product possible? The traditional wings where inedible. Dry as chewy. Waste of money. They left out a large order of onion rings. Another waste of money. The fries where extremely stale. And the appetizer platter all items where all hard snd cold by the time they brought out my online order which was 25 minutes behind. There was mo vehicles there. No customers. Just online orders and im betting none if them where any better than mine. Even one of the workers admitted the people in thr kitchen where not doing their jobs properly and im disappointed I wasted 60 bucks in this economy on that place. I never leave bad reviews. This one is earned.

Got on the waitlist and got there 2 mins after we got texted and they had given our table away. We got a spot in the bar area. Waitress was rude and didn’t seem to care that our food took over an hour. Got to restaurant at 6:55 and we left at 8:30. Not from here so won’t be back but wouldn’t recommend.

The food came out pretty fast but there weren’t many people dining. The food was lukewarm, and the wing sauce was very light on the wings. I just had a classic burger and was disappointed as it did not taste very bar/restaurant like. Overall the service was good.

We went to watch the Vikings game and called prior to coming to verify that they would be showing it. We got there and a “shift lead” put on a YouTube stream of someone doing a play by play of the game instead of the actual game and then walked away. When we asked for the actual game, we were told a manager was coming to put the game on because the shift lead didn’t know how. Asked again a full 30 minutes later and was told the manager was coming. Manager never showed and the game was never put on. Would never have come except to see the game.
Food was fine but not great (wings were on the lukewarm side) and the server at the bar was straight-up avoiding us (probably because she knew that the game was never going to happen). We sat *at the bar* and she still managed not to refill drinks, etc.
At the end of the day, I would not have minded as much if they had just been honest with us from the get go and told us that they couldn’t get the game, but they continued to lead us on in telling us that a manager was coming when it was clear that that was not going to happen. One star for everything except the lukewarm food (two stars).

I went to BWW today and saw no workers and I sat myself at a table on the bar side like the side said to do and waited for at least 3 minutes looking around and never saw a worker so I left the building and still never saw a single worker .

Worst restaurant ever.We got there got seated then we had to wait 20 mins for them to take are order then waited 15 to get are drinks.Then people that got there after us got their food and left before we got are's.Then 30 mins later we still didn't get are food and are waiter didn't say anything about it and we finally just left after waiting 1 hour 30 mins.worst service ever

The last 4-5 times I've gone to Bdubs has been terrible. I always get COLD FOOD every time. The most recent time I went, I asked for ketchup and had to wait almost 10 minutes while the server proceeded to print tickets and talk to her coworkers. She delivered the ketchup to me and asked how everything was and my response was "It's okay, not the best" and the server said nothing and walked away. The food was cold, wings had practically NO sauce, and the lack of care from the server was the cherry on top. I won't be stopping in again for a few months. When I return, I'll update the review if it needs it but I highly doubt things will change.
