Just went to burger king tonight. Haven't been in a long time and I was craving their fries. I could barely understand the guy on the speaker and he was very rude. He kept talking over us and was impatient. He had an accent and obviously didn't know English very well. We got to the window and the girl there was very nice and pleasant but gave us the wrong drink. Then we get home and they completely forgot one item from our order. I would have rated one star but the lady at the window was very nice.

*Update* The past few times, they have left items off my order. The first time was understandable, things happen - but it’s become consistent. And what happened to “Have it your way?!” The app no longer allows you to customize your burger with any extras (like extra pickles). The place is always clean and the staff is very friendly!

Had an amazing experience at BK this afternoon. Holly is one of the friendliest, nicest employees ever! My day was a bit rough and she told said "you rule! you really do!". Definitely made me smile. Food was great, too. Thanks Holly!
Best breakfest on my way to work, other than today i had to change my view due to i plaved my mobile order @7:41 and didnt get my food untill 8:15, ontop of that they forgot BOTH my fries,

Never a wait always fast and friendly. Even when there’s 6 cars ahead of me they keep moving. Not like the other burger places down the block. Everyone is always so pleasant. If I’m ever not able to get my zesty sauce there’s gonna be problems. Seriously the best BK around.

Ordered a Steakhouse Bacon Whopper, may have been the worst burger I’ve ever had. Had a tangy, sour tomato sauce flavor that was overwhelming and terrible. The burger was mushy and looked as though it had been sat on. Really bad burger.

The mornings Phil always has a smile and makes everyone’s day so much better, if you come in the evenings Jenn makes sure your taken care of. Don’t know why anyone would go somewhere else for a fast food burger here in town. Respect the Crown skip the clown.
