Went in for a quick meal before I had to go to work - took them over 10 minutes to get the food out, it was wrong - I asked for sauce on the side because their food is incredibly spicy for even mild, yes I’m a wimp. But the sauce was on it and it was $16 for a sandwich that is originally listed as $13 due to $1 for adding a spice flavor?? And then a convenience fee on top? Definitely was not convenient. Waste of my time. The workers were nice, but come on. I did not wait for them to remake it. I didn’t have time for that at that wait time.

Great food, will definitely be back again! More than willing to wait due to items being made not until you place your order. Very difficult to hear anyone speaking in the restaurant, whether that be the person across from you while dinning in or them calling your name for the order. This is due to (I’m assuming) poor acoustics due to how the building was done (not their fault!) and the ice cream machine cooling itself behind the order counter.

We ate here today, the chicken was tasty , hot and lightly battered. You can add a season of your choice for heat. French fries were good but a little soggy but still good ! The service was excellent, we sat down not even 5 minutes and it was ready. We’ll be back for sure.

I bet Wingstop employees eat lunch across the street. And if they don't, they should. Chix has better service, better food, better prices, better everything. Ordered food for 5:15pm pickup, was hot and ready right on time. Portions are large, flavors are amazing, service is great, and our food was still piping hot when we arrived home thanks to great packaging. The entire family was impressed and Chix will undoubtedly become a regular option for us. Welcome to Brookings!

Really enjoyed my first time there today! Great waffles, fries and chicken. Only thing was we were served in to go boxes and as we left to dump our trash seen that they do in fact have real dishes. Maybe didt have a dishwasher there today? Plan on going back again!

Place online order told me pick up would be 7:13. Arrived 7:20 and lady told me another 10-15. Waited 20 minutes asked status to be told another 15 minutes. Demanded money back. It’s a chicken sandwich and they couldn’t even pop out orders every 5 minutes. Someone needs to learn to run a restaurant
