Ordered the chicken fried steak…. If your at all opposed to your food touching, this odd not the place…. No physical way to experience the separate items individually….. it was the worst experience I’ve ever tortured myself with…. Do not recommend 0/10 if you have sensory issues

What for breakfast on a Sunday. It was packed, but there was definitely not a long wait to be seated.. the staff was very attentive and friendly. The food was delicious, and the prices were great as well. Next time I am in Brookings, i'll be stopping in again.

Great homecooking place with friendly, efficient staff. Everything was great...eggs, hashbrowns, pancake, country fried steak, cb hash! We were told our party of six would have to wait 30-45 min, however, they were able to seat us within ten minutes on a Saturday game day around 10:15.

Food is amazing. Great value, menu selection and atmosphere. Server who took care of us was nice but the girl who initially was supposed to seat us wasn't too polite. Maybe she was stressed because they were slammed idk but she kind of just left us standing there and forgot about us until some other server came up and seated us. In any case id come back because it's just a great diner!
