The main street location was excellent. The service was excellent and the quality was excellent. I even bought coffee beans I didn't intend to buy. I was excited to try the other location for lunch. For the 6th St location, the customer service was poor. The cashier was rude. My food was burnt. Very strange contrast between the 2 locations.

Cottonwood's sandwiches are always fresh, the chips are crisp, and it's all served with a mellow, work-friendly atmosphere. Of course, their coffee is the star of the show: their roasts are among my favorite in the area. Absolutely worth a stop.

Got a RedEye and Bagel, it was exactly what you would expect out of a Red Eye and Bagel.
Barista was professional, efficient and enjoyed talking to customers who were open to engagement.

Went there for hobo days and watched the parade.. ordered 3 bagels with cream cheese. 2 of by bagels were wrapped in foil and napkins... The 3rd bagel was not wrapped, no napkins..
Not even open during ours they post online and at the store.

Coffee seems to be good ( hot and brewed and tasty ). But the problem is the service provider. Delayed at service providing, less concerned about the customers ( 7-10) am and (7-9)pm as well as during the rains. Sometimes the Wifi goes out of the town ( intentionally keeps it turned off and answers technical difficulties ), very cheap!
