I don't expect the Ritz at Culver's, but the kid who brought me my food plopped it on my table and scurried away, not acknowledging it when I said thanks. A DeSmet HS girls team of some sort was ahead of me in line, ordering individually, so that rush my have thrown things off.
Miss Culver's when it was a smaller chain.

There were 7 of us in our party. One got the pulled beef sandwich. She said it tasted weird, so 3 of us also tasted the beef and it tasted like plastic. Took it to the counter to complain and the person at the register Told the person in back( manager) and that person was rude and said there’s nothing wrong with it. They did finally let us get a different sandwich. That person in back needs to be talked to by a district manager.

came for some ice cream at night with my friends, the woman over the speaker and at the window was very rude, dark brown braided hair, braces, pink apple watch band, she was not nice very rude, will not be coming back after that…
I always love Culver’s however this time when inquiring about the pricing difference between purchasing a basket, versus a side and a burger, the employee rudely said “do you want a drink or not” I said no and she just said “ok.” Not very welcoming but also not the biggest deal. The other two employees we talked to however were very kind.

Culvers is always good. This one is no exception. Only thing to note is sometimes the service is a bit off or odd but nothing too crazy. Food is always great though and everything is cooked and done exactly as I request it.
They may have been slammed before we got there we waited 25 minutes for our food. Mine was ok since I had veggies but hubby's single burgers were overcooked he says to the consistency of a saltine cracker. Restrooms were stinky and the tp dispenser in my stall was hanging open. We were traveling and they were busy so we just left.
