The Brookings Culvers is always a hit and never a miss. No matter what you order, you are never disappointed. There are always a lot of people trying to get this delicious food, and the employees are great at keeping up with the constant flow of people. This time they forgot my ranch I ordered in the drive through, but it is okay. Overall good experience!

Ordered a triple Bacon Deluxe with an additional patty but they only gave me the triple and charged extra for the 4th patty, also they didn’t have bacon in the sandwich which I noticed too late so I didn’t go back and tell them! Posted picture shows 3 patties and no bacon and they charged for bacon deluxe and 4 patties. This is the second time Where they don’t add that Additional patty but previous time I told them and they added one.

From WI here- traveling and decided to stop by the all time favorite in the house. We were in a rush so we decided to drive thru. We ordered a big meal and I can say it came out pretty fast! By the time we got home it was nice, a bit cold but just pop it in the microwave. Food was delicious, not as delicious as the one from home though! Guy who ran our order out was nice speedy- had a smile on his face. Two ladies that helped us on drive thru were a bit disappointing. They both were leaned sipping on drinks. Some lady had her leg all up leaning against the counter. You could tell they were busy inside and the workers were moving.

I was completely blown away by the service. At one time such quality of service may have been the norm, but sadly that is no longer the case. Nobody told the manager of this restaurant. The place was fully staffed, as far as I could tell. There was a cashier at every register. There was a bustling compliment of food preparation specialists in the back. And the drive-through was humming. My party and I were promptly taken care of, seated, and served. If they would have left a mint with my ticket I would not have been surprised.
The food was excellent quality. Hot and fresh. It reminded me of my childhood experiences in restaurants, where the comfort and pleasure of the customer was the most important concern of our host.
The cost of the meal beats every other fast-food place I can think of. The level of quality combined with that most reasonable price point should make this restaurant a top choice for the most discriminating customer. Bravo!

My family is used to the sioux center culvers, but my brother ordered a burger with everything but onions and received a burger with nothing EXCEPT onions. I ordered chicken tenders and got shrimp. It could have been an issue with the Mike I guess ...? Disappointing tho

I’m convinced this is the best place to eat on the entire planet. I may be a little biased because I work there but trust me everyone who works there is absolutely awesome. The food is great quality for such price. It is a complete 10 out of 10 and even if I didn’t work there, it would still be my absolute favorite.
