My family is used to the sioux center culvers, but my brother ordered a burger with everything but onions and received a burger with nothing EXCEPT onions. I ordered chicken tenders and got shrimp. It could have been an issue with the Mike I guess ...? Disappointing tho

I’m convinced this is the best place to eat on the entire planet. I may be a little biased because I work there but trust me everyone who works there is absolutely awesome. The food is great quality for such price. It is a complete 10 out of 10 and even if I didn’t work there, it would still be my absolute favorite.

Order taker has a problem listening. I Order 2 sandwiches and only got 1. I was only charged for 1. And it was cold by the time I received my second sandwich. I do not recommend this Culvers.

Burger tasted like it was burned around the edges. I don't expect the Ritz at Culver's, but the kid who brought me my food plopped it on my table and scurried away, not acknowledging it when I said thanks. A DeSmet HS girls team of some sort was ahead of me in line, ordering individually, so that rush my have thrown things off.
Miss Culver's when it was a smaller chain.

There were 7 of us in our party. One got the pulled beef sandwich. She said it tasted weird, so 3 of us also tasted the beef and it tasted like plastic. Took it to the counter to complain and the person at the register Told the person in back( manager) and that person was rude and said there’s nothing wrong with it. They did finally let us get a different sandwich. That person in back needs to be talked to by a district manager.
