As a student living off-campus, I don’t dine here often, but a friend highly recommended this place, raving about how delicious the food was. So, I decided to give it a try one afternoon. I ordered a sesame bagel with cream cheese, and it was fantastic—the rich, nutty flavor actually reminded me of the sesame flatbreads back home. It’s such a great spot that I’ll definitely be coming back more often!
I've only eaten here a few times, and most have them have been good experiences. Today was disappointing. Can you guys please ask if your customers would like cream cheese on their bagel/sandwich? Especially if it's a sandwich that doesn't normally come with cream cheese? You don't list all of what is on your sandwiches on the menu, so if something doesn't come with cream cheese at a bagel place, you should be asking. Also, I requested the bagel toasted. It came out like warm and tasting microwaved I stead of toasted. It was disappointing. I know you guys get swamped, but please do your best to make things correctly, and if you make a mistake, be willing to make it right before handing to the customer. Thanks.
