Fast and tasty lunch. I was pleasantly surprised with how fast the service was here. The hook and ladder is my go to sandwich and it was delicious. It’s convenient to the highway too!

Ordered extra bacon(for extra money). Didn’t get it. Next night ordered no cheese (because I’m highly allergic) and they put cheese on it! Called the assistant manager and she tried to blame me!!!!

Went in and ordered a sub combo and they charge me for the drink and chips, they never gave me the cup to get my drink and when I asked they said I didn’t pay for one even though I bought a combo. Food was good just terrible staff

My daughter is a vegetarian. Everytime she has ate at the Brookings Calla Center place she has gotten sick. I'm wondering if they are cross contaminating meat with her veggie sub? We will not be shopping at firehouse anymore.
