I tried this place today. I will say the lady that took my order was very nice but in my opinion insomina cookies are NASTYYYY. I tried the chocolate cookie smores', the chocolate chip walnut oatmeal cookie, the blond brownie, and the regular brownie. They better lower that $17 for a 4 pack to $3.00 if that in my opinion. I only gave 2 star review because the girl working there was very nice. You can see in the picture what I ended up throwing in the trash.

I stopped in this afternoon to pick up some cookies before heading back to Sioux Falls. Amanda J greeted me with a huge smile. She was so friendly. She informed me that the cookies that I was ordering were actually classic versus deluxe and adjusted the order to ensure I was charged correctly.
My rewards barcode was giving her some issues. She apologized, advised that she was a newer employee, and stated that she wanted to make sure to resolve the issue. I appreciate her willingness to fix the issue and ask for help. She made a phone call and was able to resolve the issue quickly. She apologized once more for the delay, which wasn't needed but was appreciated :)
Amanda is an awesome new employee. Her customer service was top notch! I hope to run into her again on my next trip to Insomnia.
PS. The limited edition Valentine's cookies were amazing!

The cookies were so delicious, but the cookies I received today were only half the size of usual, but they just sold them. So I was a bit disappointed. At $2.75, a cookie the size of a child's hand wasn't even worth a bite. But the cookies were really delicious

Ordered a brownie with ice cream on door dash late at night. Had to have the driver come back because they forgot my ice cream but they made it right!!! Was very delicious 9/10
