We asked for spicy chicken sandwiches and he said there out of spicy chicken sandwiches then we asked for a normal then he said there all out in a happily tone. Then after we asked for tenders then he said we're all out of chicken in a rude and happy tone And he said that happily. He's racist .

Google maps says the restaurant is opened until ten o'clock. except it's only the drive through, that's open until ten o'clock.

I can't say anything about atmosphere but the person that was working the drive thru was very nice , and personable .

The service is awful. Whoever the new manager is he’s awful person. They aren’t even open until the time they’re supposed to be open. Their food is always cold. They always have the crabbiest workers working the window. There are nice people at this establishment.

I will not be returning to this place. I had a terrible experience here. I placed a large order online and when I got there to pick it up the store was closed. I happened to catch a manager coming out of the store. He said that they had no power, which explained why the place was closed. When I asked what I was supposed to do, he brushed me off and said that I had to find a phone number and call to get it resolved. There was no apology for the inconvenience and hassle and no effort to correct the problem. I was not impressed. I went to a local grocery store deli and got the same order of food for significantly less money.
I tried using the KFC app to correct the issue and what a nightmare that was trying to connect to a live agent. I gave up on that and finally tracked down a customer service number to the corporate office. I was able to get a customer service representative on the phone and explained my situation. He took all the information and then said he needed to transfer me to the credit department. The next person I spoke with asked me for all the same information even though I provided the case number with all the previously provided information.
I had a bad experience at this same location 6 years ago and thought I would finally give them another chance. They failed miserably!

I travel a lot and this is actually one of the better KFC throughout my travels. Food has been fresh. Feel all KFC has upcharge their menu and downgraded portion size.
Brookings still has the best coleslaw and only place I've been where they still give honey for biscuits.

Watertown has had two failed KFCs, one for teenagers giving away too much free food, and the second because it was conjoined to a Long John Silvers. This resulted in contaminated oil which would apply a fishy taste to many products at the time.
Got KFC on a whim passing through, and the kid was super respectful at the counter and did a great job. The facility was clean, and most importantly the food was actually great quality KFC. Would and will definitely trust this location again in the future, primarily because it is currently well staffed & food was great.

The manager is clearly not fit . Should be fired and if I were his employees. I WOULD QUIT ! This guy cannot handle his job and was screaming at them, yelling at customers , having a complete meltdown and shaking , slamming things around . My daughters witnessed this .

Saw the manager at the drive through yelling, being aggressive around his employees, felt bad for the woman in the drive through because it seemed as if she was getting yelled. No receipt given and was missing a majority of our order and threw a fit whenever we asked for what we were missing. #
