Every time I’m in Brookings I have to stop for coffee here. I always like to try their featured drink and I’m never disappointed. I make sure to grab some coffee to take home too, they’ll grind it right there for you. They have great merch too, tote bags, sweatshirts, I might be biased because my brother is the artist?. Always a pleasure to support this local business and I make sure to order more coffee online because their flavors are so good!

I had a lovely lavender breve latte this morning. The coffee was delicious. I enjoyed the spaciousness and ambiance, the furnishings, and the many thoughtful details! The facilities were spotless. The staff were friendly and had good energy. This could easily become my home away from home.

I dropped by the Koll Beans Coffee in a chilling Brisbane Sat morning and I recommend this place to whoever would love a crispy pork roll /Vietnamese banh mi with a hot coffee in a cosy environment, very welcomed gestures of the staffs. There are quality foods and drinks i.e different types of banh mi, ham and cheese croissants, croissant with almond flake topping, take away Vietnamese salad noodles other foods in the next door section (same owner); hot / cold coffee made from professional coffee machine, healthy fruit juices and so on and there are pet friendly outside seats. When I was there, every customer walked out of the place with a happy face and something to enjoy from kids to adults. Give yourself a try and enjoy life. Cheers

I have been going to Kool Beans for years, almost on a weekly basis. Everything had previously been fantastic. The food, atmosphere and service have been stellar. However, recently, one barista here in particular has been rude. I have watched her tell customers to leave before they can even sit down and buy a drink. This has happened to me twice recently. This most recent time I sat down and before I even turned on my laptop she came over and told me I either had to buy a drink or leave; which was before I even had the chance to go up and order. The place was empty beside me and two other customers, and I expect it was because of this. Please stop micromanaging customers who want to buy from and support your facility.
Ladies working there were rude and they don't fill the cup, I ordered a cappuccino and it tastes like burnt coffee, do not recommend

Awesome coffee shop. Friendly staff. Comfortable places to chat. Plenty of tables to settle in to study or work. I've never been disappointed in a drink. My friends and I visit about once a week. I either get one of the seasonal specialty drinks or ask the barista for their favorite non coffee drink. I rarely order the same thing and have never been disappointed.
