In the drive up and they let to Vehicles on one side go ahead of us and then did not bring our drinks out to us.After we had to set in the parking lot not very impressive.

Had us pull forward to the side to wait for our food from the drive thru. Waited there for 20 min.They gave our order to someone else apparently. Went inside waited another 5 mins to remake our order. Absolutely ridiculous.

This is a good McDonald's compared to many others we've been to on our travels. Visit here quite often and it's always clean, and the service inside the restaurant is very quick and friendly. The drive thru is not very efficient due to a poor layout and limited space. Main complaint would be location and access from the street. But a nice place.
It's funny we gave McDonald's 1 more chance and order $80 and they still can't get the order right and missing items this is a joke I ain't ordering from here ever again

I just went in for breakfast. Everyone was very rude, and I found a chunk of styrofoam in my sausage McMuffin. I am beyond disappointed, this is absolutely disgusting and says a lot about the cleanliness of the company and the quality of the food they provide and produce.

You can’t go through the drive up without being told to pull forward even if you order one thing. Minimum wait time of 30 minutes. Consider different food options.
Once you pull forward your order gets lost. (Has happened on multiple occasions)

Ordered via mobile app while in curbside this morning ...waited an entire 30 minutes before food was brought out. Unacceptable!!
Went through drive thru and ordered breakfast. My order was taken at 9:58. Waited for about ten minutes in the line, just waiting to pay. Got to the window and they asked me to pull forward because they were waiting on hashbrowns. I pulled to the side and waited for 17 minutes before I went in and found out that they had apparently lost my order and didn’t even have it made!! I didn’t even get an apology. So I will no longer be “pulling to the side” for their convenience and for them to better their window times to get their bonuses. Oh, and they also messed up two out of three of our sandwiches. My recommendation, if you want McDonald’s that bad, make the trip to Watertown instead.
