Went through ordered some food said only ketchup on my burger got my burger. Looks like they smashed it together has onions, pickles and I only said ketchup. I called the store and they keep on hanging up on me. They answered and then I was telling her then she Just hung up on me. I am very upset today.

I’m 80% sure these people are aliens. Guy at drive through told us to pull forward cause they were out of meat. Then when a different kid brought the food, he stared at us like we were on the FBI’s most wanted list. Fries were good.

In the drive up and they let to Vehicles on one side go ahead of us and then did not bring our drinks out to us.After we had to set in the parking lot not very impressive.

Had us pull forward to the side to wait for our food from the drive thru. Waited there for 20 min.They gave our order to someone else apparently. Went inside waited another 5 mins to remake our order. Absolutely ridiculous.

This is a good McDonald's compared to many others we've been to on our travels. Visit here quite often and it's always clean, and the service inside the restaurant is very quick and friendly. The drive thru is not very efficient due to a poor layout and limited space. Main complaint would be location and access from the street. But a nice place.
It's funny we gave McDonald's 1 more chance and order $80 and they still can't get the order right and missing items this is a joke I ain't ordering from here ever again

I just went in for breakfast. Everyone was very rude, and I found a chunk of styrofoam in my sausage McMuffin. I am beyond disappointed, this is absolutely disgusting and says a lot about the cleanliness of the company and the quality of the food they provide and produce.

You can’t go through the drive up without being told to pull forward even if you order one thing. Minimum wait time of 30 minutes. Consider different food options.
Once you pull forward your order gets lost. (Has happened on multiple occasions)
