I wouldn’t usually make a fast food review, but today was rough. I went to get mcdonald’s QUICK before family had to leave town. I waited 20 minutes in the drive thru line to order, which was fine because it was busy. But, after ordering, I had to wait 45 minutes, LITERALLY 45 MINUTES, before I finally stopped a worker and asked why it’s taking so long. He said they had forgotten, and I finally got my order after a grand total of 55 minutes waiting… And then the order was wrong… I didn’t want to wait another hour and my family left, so now I’m eating someone else’s food with a bunch extra. Just a psa, it’d be quicker to go to a sit down restaurant.

I pulled into the Brookings McDonald's drive-thru at 4:20 p.m. on a Friday hoping to beat the evening rush. All I can say is apparently McDonald's staff doesn't comprehend what picking up the pace means when it's busy. I got to the pick up window at 5:06 p.m. 26 minutes is totally unacceptable! Period. I ordered four of the special buy one get one for a dollar McDoubles and the same for the small fries small fries. Added a medium Coke. While I may have saved a couple of dollars our burgers were less than satisfactory! By far. The sandwiches did not look like what was on the menu board and were dried out, the fries were not hot and my Coke had sst and gotten watery. This is not the first time I've been disappointed at this McDonald's. It will be hard to go back.

The main problem is the servicing, these people are always late and some of the younger server or the receptionist forgets about the order (intentionally) and acts that they have forgotten, my question is this had taken place when there were less number of customers inside and in the drive through. Just imagine whenever its full of customers!Wheelchair accessibility: yes, but not the best one.

We placed a mobile order and ended up waiting a total of 25 min for our food. I had to go inside the store to figure out where our food was. The lady running food out to the mobile orders was not helpful in resolving our food issue. From what I gathered from the rest of the customers' reactions in the store and other mobile order customers, the store was struggling as a while. Incorrect orders or incomplete orders. We won't be visiting this store in the near future.

Staff are extremely snappy and rude, I had ordered food threw the DoorDash app and only received my drinks and not my food. Was treated poorly when I ordered at the kiosk, as I was standing waiting on my order a girl with BLUE hair kept being extremely rude as if I wasn’t welcome to stand there asking can I helpYou in a very unprofessional manner, I simply said I’m waiting on my food. Then they slammed it down on the counter. Saw a staff meme we reach into the fry bin and eat a fry it was very unsanitary

The food quality isn't the best. I was very disappointed when I ordered a Mcchicken and the meat was gross. It was hot and fresh, but the meat was really awful. I was very disappointed sense I needed something quick and I had to run into a different drive through and grab something else.
Paid for my chicken sandwhich and a banana smoothie at 4:14. Around 4:30 he came with just my burger and forgot my shake. I told him he forgot the drink. Been waiting another 20mins now and decided to go in. The smoothie was sitting on the counter. This is not fast food.

Used to be a fine place to grab something to eat but now you HAVE to order food from a kiosk and it is so damn slow that you spend more time waiting to punch buttons than just going to the drive thru placing your order parking and getting a seat inside. Just do drive thru as the kiosk is too damn slow. He'll I'll just go to BK or Arby's instead of dealing with the kiosk.
