Ordered two pizzas and cheesy breadsticks. The tracker said the pizza was outside my door at 6:30. Had my son go out and meet the lady because we live in an apartment. He came back in. She was gone. The pizza finally came 30 minutes later they’re gonna discount me $10 then I realize the Pepsi that we ordered with it didn’t even come. Call back again and they said they would send it with next delivery driver and I said after all that I think we should get an extra Pepsi and she said no ma’am you’ve already been discounted $10 oh great $10 off Cold Pizza that drove around in someone’s car for 30 minutes

Horrible they say they deliver but what they don't tell you is they stop delivering at 1230 because they close at 2am. Will never order Papa John's ever again anywhere stop being lazy and do what you advertise or change your delivery times

Since Papa John retired or sold off his stock, he took most of the cheese with him. Papa John's should look back at the history of Pizza Hut when I was young they were the biggest Pizza chain in the U.S. now they are close to going bankrupt. Where's the cheese!! ?

I love Papa John's but today it was awful. I ordered extra cheese and the Chicken bites chicken Parmesan. They gave me sausage pizza then said I ordered it. I have never ordered sausage pizza EVER in my life and I ordered pizza almost everyday from either Papa John's or Pizza King. So I'm not going to order from Papa John's anymore. Pizza King ? it is.
