My 7 year old son and I frequent our hometown (Brookings, South Dakota) Pizza Ranch more than I should probably admit and always have a good time. Whether we’re playing games in the FunZone or my son’s filling up on his favorite noodles and chicken fries it’s always an inviting, home like atmosphere. The staff is more than kind and a female manager (she has dark hair and primarily works evening shifts) has gone out of her way several times to accommodate us. In fact, the last time I apologized for having to get smaller bills so I could have exact change to reload our FunZone card for the THIRD time and she said, “Don’t worry about it, it’s no problem. You’re here to have a fun time, enjoy.” Customers for LIFE! Thank you Brookings Pizza Ranch staff for all you do!
Kid-friendliness: Great place to bring kids; food & fun under one roof! Plus, the Brookings (South Dakota) location has a great atmosphere, the staff are amazing!

Great food and GREAT SERVICE from my boy Thiago in Brookings
The pizza is super tasteless. We went specially to try the wings and found them OK but the sauce selection was poor and all were too sweet, but the salad bar and fried chicken are great. Good service too.

I was disappointed to find a piece of plastic in with my chicken. Unfortunately I didn't get a picture. I'm sure they thought we were being rude because we didn't eat a lot of the chicken, but I wasn't impressed when I found fried plastic and didn't want to eat it. Figured the dumpster kitties could have at it.

The Buffet Your Way is fantastic, allowing customers to order the items they want. Full buffet with a large variety of food, ie. pizza, mashed potatoes, biscuits, gravy, fries, desserts, salad bar, ice cream, soft drinks, and coffee.
