Prior to today, I’ve only ever had positive experiences here. I have a gluten allergy, so when I order, I always ask for the workers to use a clean spoon, so I don’t get sick. When I asked that today, the worker told me that they couldn’t do that and that everything they have has gluten. She was very rude and it was disappointing that she clearly hadn’t had enough training on allergies and accommodations. Quite disappointed.

Would not recommend going went there and one of the workers named Lauren gave me nasty looks and and when I left waved at me and flipped me off even left a tip I guess shouldn’t have done that for such shitty service
The coffee is good, but the real standout is the friendly, feels-personal service. I've been through there in busy and slack times, and it's very consistent.

Went through on my way to work to get a cold brew as I like to have on an occasional basis and I was given a cup that was 90% ice. I'll be sure to ask for light ice going forward. This was not worth $6.
