Great location next to campus but management probably needs to be turned over. 30 min wait for an online order. Manager was clueless about how far behind they were. Place had 20 people standing waiting for drinks.

No exaggeration when I say I waited in line for 30 minutes just for them to be out of what I wanted. I suggested putting something up so people know and don't waste half an hour, but was ignored. This isn't the first time either.... There's so many good local coffee shops in Brookings that people should be supporting instead of this mega corp, and this was yet another reminder why I go elsewhere for better coffee, with better service, for faster.

The drinks are good but they are always out of cake pops. And when I needed to get to track my drink wasn’t even made yet. They also have drinks backed up forever. Then there are also drinks just sitting there. New: I was there for like about 27 minutes and I didn’t get my drink. I ended up leaving cause I can’t be late and it was a waste of time and my 9 dollars.

PHENOMENAL SERVICE, great doesn’t even begin to describe how great this place is. Always greeted with a smile and I don’t understand how they can work so fast. Coffee is fantastic but the amazing workers make it worthwhile.
