Ordered and asked for lite ice. Got my drink back, half full of ice. I asked to return it. It was remade, but with little to no expresso! My son's caramel crunch frappe had barely any crunch to it? My remade drink was not good. it's been sitting in my car for hours, i'm just gonna throw it away. Overpriced drinks should at least taste good!

1st time at this location and it took forever! We sat at the window waiting for at least 10 min or more. They keeped bringing other peoples drinks up to window except mine. After all that time waiting and my drink wasn't even very good! I would rather go to the one in Hyvee they make better drinks! I think I'll just stick with Scooter's! Thanks
