The manager was very nice, but the younger dude working there was very rude. They made my sandwich incorrectly and he was rude when I asked him to remake it. The manager quickly remade it and checked his attitude and that’s the only reason we will be returning.

Absolutely HORRIBLE!!! The girl working should NOT be working in customer service, I got the new nachos, my chips are burnt, and when I asked if I could add some ranch, i was told NO, YOU CANT ADD TO THESE! She had an attitude the whole my sales rep and I were in there, I literally asked the girl if she hated making those since she was so clearly upset about having to make them. She had no name tag on, so we have no idea what her name was. Will NOT be dining here again!

My friend and I walked in the door and we weren’t even greeted when one of the workers were sitting at a booth to the left backhand of the building and all she asked us if we were getting subs and treated us with complete disrespect. She wrapped up our sandwiches after and threw them on the counter. Very disappointed.

The store was extremely clean and the guy that was working was very nice, but the lady seemed to have a bit of a bad attitude and the foot long steak and cheese sub I ordered was mostly bread. Not much steak on there.

Walked in, Travis greeted me with a warm welcome and proceeded to make me the most delicious sandwhich I’ve ever had. I could tell he made it with care, thank you Travis!

Ordered DoorDash, dasher stole my food. I then proceeded to get volleyed between the DoorDash customer service and The store phone number. I attempted to call the regular Subway customer service number. The number was out of service for maintenance. I was told to call Subway by both DoorDash and was told to call the store back by the store. I wanted to physically go to the store, but I ordered my food between 2, 3 hour studio classes. When I called back, I was told to stop calling or they would consider it harassment. I was never refunded or given food for my $25 order. I’m not sure what to do now, I guess I’m just taking a $25 loss. I spent 3 hours on the phone trying to figure out how to solve the problem. And all I got was told that I could no longer call to get my problem fixed.

Poor service we ordered two subs there were only two almost see through slices of meat on the sandwich . I ordered one with no cheese. The put cheese on it. When I asked the lady Mary to remove it she took it off the sandwich and placed it back in the cheese container on the serving bar after it had been placed on top of the slice of meat on my sandwich. This will lead to cross contamination on the next sandwich she puts it on and the next cheese she placed this cheese on. Customers beware! Not safe food handling here. 7:00 Sunday July 23. Also put a bunch of unwanted mustard on the other sandwich and never offered to remake it.????
Dietary restrictions: Asked for no cheese on one sandwich and they put cheese on it. Asked to have it removed and Marry placed it back in the cheese container on the serving bar after it had sat on the meat on my sandwich. Cross contamination is not s good thing.??How many other people have had this happen???

Went through the drive thru at 10:45 and the lady at the window gave us our first drink half full. When we asked her to fill it she rolled her eyes and got offended when my husband said something about it. One of our subs was also missing ingredients and had a hair in it.
They couldn't have any bread other than wheat and were completely clueless

Wonderful! The staff was very nice and made great sandwiches! Everything looked clean and the sand which makers changed their gloves after the previous order. Convenient stop for us on our way out of town! If I had to describe it I’m five emojis it would be: ?? ??
Went through the drive up, never been before. Was surprised it was all touch screen. At least I knew my order was taken right. Quick, fast, courteous service.
