Poor service we ordered two subs there were only two almost see through slices of meat on the sandwich . I ordered one with no cheese. The put cheese on it. When I asked the lady Mary to remove it she took it off the sandwich and placed it back in the cheese container on the serving bar after it had been placed on top of the slice of meat on my sandwich. This will lead to cross contamination on the next sandwich she puts it on and the next cheese she placed this cheese on. Customers beware! Not safe food handling here. 7:00 Sunday July 23. Also put a bunch of unwanted mustard on the other sandwich and never offered to remake it.????Dietary restrictions: Asked for no cheese on one sandwich and they put cheese on it. Asked to have it removed and Marry placed it back in the cheese container on the serving bar after it had sat on the meat on my sandwich. Cross contamination is not s good thing.??How many other people have had this happen???

Went through the drive thru at 10:45 and the lady at the window gave us our first drink half full. When we asked her to fill it she rolled her eyes and got offended when my husband said something about it. One of our subs was also missing ingredients and had a hair in it.

Wonderful! The staff was very nice and made great sandwiches! Everything looked clean and the sand which makers changed their gloves after the previous order. Convenient stop for us on our way out of town! If I had to describe it I’m five emojis it would be: ?? ??

Workers We’re too busy to take my order one kept cleaning the bread oven and the other one looked up Saw me then kept writing down on a piece of paper , they had no interest in taking my order so I left.

Don't get me wrong...the subs were delicious. However, it took so long to get them. We went thru the drive thru, ordered 4 subs & when we got to the window, only 1 of the subs came thru. No problem. Gave the rest of the order & waited. When it came time to pay, 1st I was asked if I'd already paid--I had not. Then when he repeated the order to me, it was completely wrong. I repeated my order a cpl more times til he hot it right. Then...I was handed a bag with 3 subs and a thank u...cept I'd ordered 4. I finally got my complete order after about 20 minutes. I have to say, the staff was pleasant about the whole thing! All in all...yeah, I'll definitely go there again.

This Subway in Brookings has always been clean. The staff are quite friendly and helpful. The food is always fresh. It's just what you expect a Subway to be.

Okay I had a foot long meatball sub with mozzarella from Subway because I deserved it, and the dude took like over 7 minutes to make my one sandwich. That sounds bad, but nobody else was in line and I didn't have anything else that night. He like recounted my meatballs and rearranged them also like 3 times. He just kept on doing that and I'm like "hm neat." He pitched the top of the bread so that it had room for the non-flat meatballs, and made the bread hold them better. Overall, I was touched by the amount of love put into the sandwich yesterday. Just as Aditya mentioned earlier that there of course would be "1 off" examples that don't accurately represent the restaurant as a whole, I feel that this too was not the average Subway experience. Out of all of my many many Subway visits, this happened only once. Shoutout to the Walmart Subway. I give it 4 stars though because even though these sandwiches are good, I'm a big man and need to spend a bit here to fill me. Not the worst though in terms of price.
