we walked into taco bell, this lady threw a bag on a counter and said a name, then walked up to me and she gave me a dirty look, i asked for a pickup and she gave attitude. I then proceeded to buy food in taco bell, i had ordered a taco and then the lady in the back had threw the taco down, and threw everything around. The meat was soggy, and cold, & the Baja Blast tasted like chlorine.

Taco Bell is a g. For some reason we couldn’t order potatoes through the app so I called in and they actually followed through and sent two cheesy fiesta potatoes with our order !!!!! Love love love ❤️

Cleanest Taco Bell I've ever seen. I work in the food business and this is very nice to see. The service was great. Great job Brookings South Dakota

I had an order with extra everything on the Crunchwrap supreme, yet I barely got any meat and the rest was also slim to none. Additionally, had to go back into the store since they forgot the order of Cinnabons. Once I got home I also noticed there was only one straw for two drinks and I was just too frustrated to go back about the Crunchwrap and straw issue. They use to not be this bad but it’s been terrible lately.

I never post reviews but enough is enough. How is it that 90% of the time I order at this location they can never get my order right? Is it not on the screen right in front of the staff? I hardly go to Taco Bell but it’s comical that I have been trained to go through the drive through and then park in the parking lot to make sure I got the food that I paid for. It’s wrong nearly every time. To the point where I have not gone to this location for over a year and then I give them another chance and they manage to forget over half of my order. To make matters worse I ordered online and was the only car in the drive through yet it took over 25 mins to receive my wrong order. Am I losing my mind or does this not happen anywhere else?? GM needs to have a long chat with the manager and figure out why the hell no one has figured out how to put food in a bag. Retrain the entire staff all the way to upper management. End of rant.

If you say you’re open until 1 am, then be open. Useless, and very rude people working there

I went through the drive through two weeks in a row. An the night shift female that runs the drive through has gotten my order right. She does a great job.

It's really hit or miss with quality of experience at this particular Taco Bell. They run through employees like it's nobody's business, which makes for a lack of consistency in service accuracy and food quality. Oftentimes, they get my order wrong, and sometimes the beans are thick and seem old, and a chalupa might be like biting into a rock.

If you're in the mood to be disappointed, drive on out to the Brookings Taco Bell. I truly am surprised that place is still open. I've been their 5 different times, spread out a couple of years, and it's always the same... Enjoy your burrito, taco, wrap, or whatever with little to no filling.
I love Taco Bell, just not the one in Brookings.
