Taco Bell is a g. For some reason we couldn’t order potatoes through the app so I called in and they actually followed through and sent two cheesy fiesta potatoes with our order !!!!! Love love love ❤️
It's really hit or miss with quality of experience at this particular Taco Bell. They run through employees like it's nobody's business, which makes for a lack of consistency in service accuracy and food quality. Oftentimes, they get my order wrong, and sometimes the beans are thick and seem old, and a chalupa might be like biting into a rock.
The food was great, however we ordered on the app and had to wait at least 25 minutes to get our food because of a lack of help. We were traveling and didn't have that kind of time to waste. If we hadn't already paid thru the app, we would have gone elsewhere!
