It's bad they screw your order up almost every time. Then when you drive 15 MINS IN TO TOWN TO DEAL WITH NECK DOWNERS LMAO. SO I HOPE EVERYONE KNOWS ALL YOUR PROBLEMS AND HORROR STORIES ARE SENT OFF TO A THIRD PARTY CALL CENTER THAT COULD GIVE A F++K IF YOU DIE OR NOT. THANKS YOU FOR MAKING IT CLEAR THAT YOU DON'T CARE ABOUT ANYONE BUT THE MONEY.

Pulled into the drive-thru, had three of their biggie bags ordered The smaller one I got three of and then I got one of their bigger bags. Got to the window and paid which was fine pulled up which they asked me to park I waited 25 minutes for the food to come out. I watched seven cars get their food and drive away finally got my food. The fries were the only thing that were hot in that bag The burgers were cold and the nuggets didn't seem fresh. Definitely will not be back there.

Went bought 2 large bowls of chili. The girl taking orders had a bad attitude didn’t bother to ring up my order from the start. I gave her 2 five dollar bills two quarters 1 nickel one penny she did not give me my change or a receipt to boot

Very awkward experience, doors were locked for inside. Went through drive through and they take your money and send all drive through orders to wait in parking lot. Wasn’t busy at all. Sent all drive through to park and wait in parking lot. Extremely unusual

We visited Wendy’s recently and had a confusing experience with the new automated drive-thru while picking up a mobile order. We had parked to place our order and add a birthday Frosty, but we didn’t realize we needed to select the flavor before checking out. When we fixed it, our card had to be reset and re-entered, which took a few minutes. At the drive-thru, we were still trying to understand what to do when the manager reprimanded us for holding up the line — even though there was no one behind us until moments before. It was an uncomfortable experience. I hope the store provides clearer instructions and patience for customers learning a new system.
