I bought a Bouble Baconator, a few minutes later they closed the line and said that they would no longer have Baconators and that if I wanted they would give me a chicken sandwich. Unbelievable, I paid $11.79 and received a Crispy Chicken for $2.19. I couldn't even complain because the lady said it was that or nothing, for someone who is at the airport with a delayed flight and hungry I accepted but I felt robbed!

We just went through the drive-through and ordered the kids meal and got no kids fry. No junior fry got straight up ripped off. No phone number to contact tried to call the phone number and it just says the wireless customer you were trying to contact is not available. Went to try to talk to an agent. No agents available on the live chat so no way to call them back or anything. would have loved to have gone back and got the fry, but we have a two year-old in the car and don’t have time to be going to the drive-through twice.

San Luis Az Location plaza Riedel / Pesimo servicio empezando por la manejadora a cargo en el horario entre la 1 :00 pm y las 4:00 Hicimos una orden por telefono al llegar las dos chavas tenian una carota y dijieron que estaban cansadas que por eso nos resivian asi y la persona que nos entrego la orden en mano, le preguntamos ahi esta todo lo que se ordeno? Y dijo si todo lo que esta en el ticket esta… desafortunadamente nos confiamos al llegar a casa en la “E” nos dimos cuenta que estaba incompleta.. Nos faltaban chicken nuggets las papas de los combos que ordenamos, eran 4, hablamos y pedimos hablar con el manejador y si nos atendio la manejadora a cargo del turno.. La excusa que dio fue que la bolsa donde supuestamente venia el resto tal vez alguien se la llevo… Lo peor de todo fue la actitud prepotente con falta de etica, Le dijimos que tubieran mas cuidado porque para nostros ir por el resto pues no quedariamos satisfechos en comer en periodos.. Le dijimos tanta gente que tienen el Dia de hoy deverian de organizarse mejor, si le comentamos que aparte de no comer completa la orden tenemos que ir y invertir tiempo y gasolina y nos contesto, pues vallan primero a echar gasolina! Fue grosera muy corriente la manejadora.. ahora un encargado de restaurante o en cualquier lugar debe tener la postura y mentaludad de un lider, ahora ya sabran como son los demas si la manejadora no pone el ejemplo ellos asi dan la cara al publico… todos nos equibocamos eso estamos consisntes, pero el trato que le das a tus clientes como emprendedor ahi si no existe la confusion o el estress que puedes traer, Ya no volvenos a invertir en Wendys san Luis desafortunadamente nos gusta mucho pero en san Luis ya no volvemos a visitar la locacion por el pesimo trato que nos dieron… yo si fuera sido la manejadora trato de aplicar la terapia de eufemismo para que asi ese cliente cambie su postura y reaccionemos ala situacion de diferente manera, como bueno entendemos por ser el primer dia, Pero el trato de la manager que nos dijo y si no tiene para la gasolina no venga es una grosera.

My sister is a Vertern and diabetic. She was waiting on the bus and stopped in Wendy's because her sugar dropped , bought food & a drink. She sat down to eat and she started nodding because she was sick. instead of asking if she was OK they started harassing her and calling her names. They knocked her food & drink out her hand and was trying to push her out the store. I can't wait till tomorrow to see who was on duty as the manager & I'm filing a complaint against the manager and the direct full little kids they have working there.

We drove through at 1035 am on November 21st. I tried to order sandwiches, and was told they were transitioning from breakfast to lunch and it would be quite a while before food was available. I asked, "ok what can we order?" I w as told nothing since they were switching over. So basically if you try to get food between 1030 and 11 am at this location, you can't. I hope the owner sees this because this location is not going to last long with employees who don't care about your business or their jobs.

Went this morning for breakfast, took 45 minutes from ordering to finally get food. Many frustrated customers in the store as well. There was people in store and in drive through but 45 minutes is pathetic. Also the organization of orders was pathetic. When you have multiple customers there has to be a better way then laying all the tickets on the counter and getting them mixed up. Absolutely disappointing! Only one good worker in the place who would actually try and help customers. Manager was no where to be seen either regarding the upset customers until they got sick of waiting and needed a refund.

When I pulled up in the drive thru they asked me to wait a minute and they will be with me. 6 minutes later I complain and they remember I am there and take my order. No cars have moved in that 6 minutes. 27 minutes after ordering I finally get my food after a wait time of 33 minutes. There were only 3 cars ahead of me. While waiting in line I called the store and was told their computers were down and just went back up. When I finally got my food I was told they had a huge breakfast rush and couldn't set up for non breakfast until minutes earlier. Not sure which worker lied to me but lies and 33 minutes to get "fast food" is unacceptable.

Order a chicken sandwich. Was dry and tasteless. For the price I paid, the food is not worth it. Over $2 for a small frosty the size of a kid's drink. I dont know if they changed the fries but they sure didn't impress me. We won't be going back there.

I went once and waited 45 minutes for a breakfast sandwich got a refund after they told me it would be another 35 minutes. Then I tried door dashing and my dasher arrived and my food was already taken my dasher did the right thing and contacted door dash, even with door dash saying my food was taken by the wrong person they refused to remake. I will not be going here any longer I have also heard of many other peoples bad experiences as well.
