Definitely not fast food. Waited 24 minutes for a Baconator, Large fries, 6 piece chicken nuggets, and a small fry. Literally my wife and oldest daughter ordered separate from my youngest daughter and I by 1 minute and they got there food and were 20 minutes down the road before we got ours.

Went there for lunch around 12:30 on Saturday. They weren't that busy inside (we were going to dine in) had to use the kiosk. Not super user-friendly but manageable. Order went in at 12:34 at 12:52 we were still waiting. When I asked about the order they said the burger still needed to be cooked. We had orded a chicken nugget meal and one burger meal. At that point I asked for a refund. Got our refund and left.

So far I've yet to have a good experience with this Wendy's or its food. We've ordered both in the store and from DD. They've consistently forgotten parts of our order or the food was made incorrectly.

3 stars due to mediocrity. Sometimes they are fantastic. Sometimes they are absolutely dreadful. I doordash at times and I dread getting an order from here because you'll be waiting a long time. Staff can be rude and dismissive. But when it's good, staff is amazing and the food is fresh and fast. Just depends on who's working. Saucy nuggets were not saucy the last time I went. The first time I bought them, they were an amazing culinary achievement. So flip a coin on these guys.
They made my raven blood frosty with strawberry not cherry. I’m so displeased and was so excited to try it. I live on a very fixed income and do not have spare money to do things like this, but I splurged and went and did it anyway and this is what I got. I am from the small town of oskaloosa, Iowa and I would recommend checking into this site and maybe retraining them.

Ordered a Jr Cheeseburger deluxe with bacon. They didn’t put on the lettuce or tomato…they can’t even get their regular menu items right…

Pulled up to the drive thru at 9:45-9:50PM was aggressively told they were closed, when I questioned what time they close the employee didn’t responded. I pulled over to check the time as I specifically waited to eat till I got to Brookings for Wendy’s and thought for sure they were open till at least 10. I seen many other cars being turned away in the same manor….if your open till 10 you should take orders till 10 otherwise change your hours online. Wendy’s hasn’t been in Brookings long but if they keep going this way they will be in the same boat as Hardee’s. Also customer service goes along way the drive thru employee could have answer me when I asked what time they close and offered an explanation for the early closer but instead was soo rude. I’ve worked in fast food many years, in my experience it’s a huge franchise no no to close early.

Bought 2 frosty key tags, one for each of my kids, and when they order their own food on two separate transactions, we were refused the frosty because we are together. this happens at Vernon Hills, IL location. Don't offer things you do not honor Wendy's!
