We celebrated a birthday yesterday with dinner at your establishment, having made a reservation for 6 pm with specific requests, including a booth and accommodations for 4 adults and 2 toddlers. Unfortunately, we were not seated upon arrival due to no clean tables and were not provided with a high chair for the youngest child. Our server was frequently absent, making it difficult to request a high chair, which ultimately resulted in the 1-year-old throwing menus and items, leading to an accidentof the chair slipping and mybtoddler and i on the floor. A high chair was eventually provided. The orange juice tasted fermented, and it took multiple attempts to get the server's attention to request a replacement with water. When the food arrived, it was placed within reach of the 1-year-old, who promptly threw it on the floor, covering my husband in ranch dressing (even in his shoes). A new plate was prepared, but was again sat in the toddlers reach. The one plate of wings were over-salted ( like you were eating a salt shaker ), and it took a significant amount of time to receive a replacement after a already long wait for our food. Replacement wings arrived so late that we took it home instead. We encountered numerous issues, but the gouda mac and cheese was also dry, and the fries on all plates were lukewarm and soggy as well no kids menues to ocupie littles during the long wait for food. When ordering dessert, we requested 3 possum pies and a brownie, but the server informed us that only one piece of possum pie was available. Our experience was very disappointing, and we hope that you will take steps to address these issues.
Went out for Father's Day. 6:30 pm were closing ( staff/ food issues
This isn’t related to eating there but you guys really need to check on your door dash orders even when your busy you still have customers waiting outside the business to. And as dashers we get chewed out when they don’t get their food on time.
Good steak fairly priced.
Our steaks were just shy of what we asked for. The baked beans were served luke warm. The coleslaw has too much horseradish.
Overall good place to go out with your family if you want a decent steakhouse / country / southern cuisine place.
My friend with the prime rib was honestly dissatisfied and said it was dry and rough.
My friend with the rack of ribs loved every bite of it.
I had the baked potato soup, which was fine, but it really wasn’t a soup at all. It was more like scalloped potatoes, far beyond even stew consistency. I didn’t expect this, and was expecting soup. But it was a fine dish.
Friday night, two individuals in our party ordered 12 oz Prime Rib. What we received were pieces of Prime Rib about 3/8"-1/2" thick that would indicate about an 8 oz piece. It was tasty but very disappointing on the representation. Next time we will certainly request the appropriate portion.

Decided to come here with my wife to eat out for our anniversary and expected a wonderful evening, however was surprised to find out that our evening was going to go completely different. The service we were offered was too tedious, and what we expected to be around 45 minutes to an hour turned into waiting for almost nearly an hour and a half!! The blonde server that we had never refilled our drinks until we asked for the third time, and when we ordered they did not have what we wanted from the menu so we had to settle for something less after scouring the menu for another option. Our evening was not up to subpar, and we decided not to come back, would not recommend!

Based on the reviews, I was expecting a good meal - the steak, salad, and bread were all excellent - Gabby in the bar was exceptional ! She is a great ambassador for your establishment, she’s way more than competent, very efficient, and offers top-notch customer service!
Kudos to Whiskey Creek management!

I was seated as soon as I walked,
With in 5 minutes I had ordered food and drink. Great, got my food about 1 minute after my drink. Didn't even have time to take a drink before my food had shown up. Meat wasn't that great or warm, but I ate it without a complaining. I'm not complaining now, just giving my thoughts to this restaurant.
All and all... it's just okay

Arrived at 8:00PM Saturday night as a group of 3. Hostess sat us in the bar area. After 10mins of no service, the bartender came over and said they couldn’t serve us. Not enough staff. There were at least 4 servers plus the bartender. They were only working the bar area, so I’m not sure what the issue was. If you decide to stop serving, then put a sign out or at least tell the hostess to let people know instead of seating them. It was embarrassing to walk out as people were looking at you. Never going back.
