We had a delightful lunch at Whimps Place! The food was very good, homestyle with generous servings. Prices were reasonable and the service was great! We'll be returning soon with friends!
The only place in USA where it is still legal to drink in your vehicle. Grandfathered in by ownership. Cold beer, view of the river, and bikers welcome!! Smash your glass place!!Parking: Pull right up and they wait on you while you sit in vehicle

Pay no attention to the bad reviews mentioning poor service. We literally had the general manager check on us out of no where. Even cleared away the appetizer tray for us. He wasn't even our server. If the service was ever bad, it sure ain't anymore. The price might be a bit high for some people, so it probably won't be an everyday thing for many, but the food is good and filling.
