Just went thru the drive thru to get 2 lizards. 30 mins later, still no blizzards. Waiting...

Extremely slow service. Hardly anyone in the restaurant, but had to wait 10 minutes until we could order. Then the food took almost another 30 minutes. We made a mistake by coming here. Workers need a boost in moral and work ethic. Got our fries after our ice cream was already melted. Would not recommend this location, especially if you're in a hurry. Owner needs to figure this location out. I would have left and asked for a refund if it wouldn't have taken another half hour...

If you haven't been to the Canton Dairy Queen in awhile you will be pleasantly surprised! The food was hot, fresh and delicious! The Turtle Pecan Blizzard was extra special and next level compared to other DQ's! Great job!

Service is really really bad. Expect extremely long waits to order, employees walking away mid order and and even longer wait for your food. You will need at least 20 to 30 min to get anything.

If we didn’t like ice cream, we wouldn’t even stop here. Not sure what it is but the service is always terrible, in fact it’s expected now and we only stop if we have time to waste.
This last time, one car in the parking lot and we sat in the drive through for over 10 minutes waiting to order…no one else was in the drive through. Just be prepared if you’re going to stop here.

Stopped at the drive thru 2 different occasions and both times were asked to wait a moment. After 10 minutes each time, we drove away without placing order. The place wasn't busy, only 1 other car.

You have to wait about 10 minutes to place an order in the drive thru if you are the only car and about 20 minutes if there is a car in front of you. After you are able to place you order (if someone is paying attention to the drive thru) it takes an additional 20 minutes to get your food (that is if your lucky enough to be the only car) This Dairy Queen is hands down the worst location I have even visited. Not only are the wait times deplorable, the few times I have eaten here the food has been cold by the time it gets to my hand. I hope the owners hire new staff that can handle providing fresh food and appropriate wait times. Looking through the comments I see this is a regular occurrence with cold food and long wait times. It is clearly not a mistake and is intentional on the part of the employees. Best advice I can offer is to not even bother going here on a break from your job because you will spend your whole break waiting on your food.

slow. inaccurate. out of everything. over priced. don't know how to make gravy.
EXTREMELY SLOW! Out of many toppings/mix ins....can't even get ice cream orders out in a timely fashion.
Absolutely terrible! Only one car before me and it took 20 minutes to get my food. Employees didn't seem to have any training or any clue what they were doing. Won't be returning. Get your crap together DQ.
