Feet stuck to the floor because it’s so dirty. Staff was unfriendly: food was gross. This place has been slowly going downhill for years but this is the worst experience I’ve had yet. I will not be back.

Was supposed to open at 11:00am we came they said they dont have change we waited for 20 minutes with a group of 8 people after waiting 20 minutes then they said it would be another 20 minutes. So we left if i owned this dq i would be extremely upset loosing out on a 8 people sale

genuinely horrible service and im not even just being a karen. all the workers are so clueless i saw them hand out the wrong order twice and ive been waiting on a four piece chicken strip for literally 30 minutes and theres no one else in here, nobody in the drive through and literally 6 people working. it can’t be that hard to have some common sense. i guess there’s a reason why they work fast food. no brain cells for an actual job.

As soon as we walked in the door we were greeted with a strong sewer smell. ALL garbages including the one outside was overflowing. We got ice cream which was very good though and good customer service. The place just needs a good cleaning.

Avoid at all costs. Awful service, out of everything, 'grill was being cleaned' so no burgers, settled for a blizzard and they handed me an overflowing melted cup with the wrong flavor.
Most of the time I stop and get chicken strips they claim they are out of gravy. Yesterday I got a bacon cheeseburger and it was so greasy the bottom bun was completely soaked with grease and grease at the bottom of the box it was in. I have read the other reviews and it seems like nothing changes. Good help is hard to find these days. I used to work here when I was in high school and Ashley was the manager. It wasn’t perfect back then but way better than how it is now. I enjoy Dairy Queen food but idk if I would go back again at this location in my town unless things change. I’m not how this location is still afloat.

They say they close are 8pm don't expect service after 7pm IF there still open and of they are only expect to order whatever they decide they feel like making the staff only has gotten worse in the the past 4 years
