“I felt so appreciated during our donut run this morning. Every employee was welcoming, smiling, and genuinely kind. My dad shared his donut with my three daughters, and one of the employees noticed. A few moments later, they brought him another donut and said, “I noticed you didn’t get to eat yours.” It was such a simple gesture, but it meant so much.
