I ordered a small French Silk Pie blizzard at close to 7 bucks. It was not even blended all the way and had no whipped cream. Tastes like burnt plastic. That's is the LAST TIME I am ever going to the Custer, SD location again!!

Went in there around 1pm no one at the counter ..had to wait for them to show up. Small seating area. And the pricing is just as much as a sit down restaurant. We didn't even order meals just the burgers. No drinks. Came to 32.00 plus tax.. was not impressed and said delete that order.. nope hwy robbery.

Wrong order: My husband and I used coupons, one for a chicken strip basket, one for a stack burger meal, and we both got chicken strip baskets. And he ordered honey mustard, and we got white gravy instead.

I went thru the drive thru in custer sd at 3:50. My chicken strip and French fries were so bad I couldn't eat them. For $13.00 you would expect to be able to eat it. The chicken was rubber and onion rings were like 2 days old. I tries to call 15 minutes later after I got to work to talk to the manager but of course no answer. So disappointed!

I moved to Custer about 6 months ago and have made orders at the drive thru 5 times. Not one of the orders were correct as they either don't give the complete order or items are not prepared correctly. Have tried and my daughter has also tried to call them but apparently no one there will answer the phone. I will no longer give them my business and hope that more people will do the same . As far as I am concerned the Dairy Queen here needs to shut their doors as they obviously don't care that they are cheating their customers. I usually try to support local businesses but not this one

This is the most small, dirty, outdated and very cramped DQ location I’ve ever been to…Hardly anywhere to sit. I can’t shake this gross feeling. No soap in the soap dispenser?Reviews from 5 YEARS AGO claim the same issues. Not to mention, but flies will try to eat your food.
The owners of this place should be ashamed. Fix your broken sign. Tiles broken laying on the ground. And I get slighted on blizzard toppings. Get it together

Just literally left the store...needless to say super happy. Both burgers were fresh, buns super soft. When traveling and adding expenses, we find it hard to spend 15 dollars on a burger that might or might not meet the expectations on the hefty price. DQ never disappoints and this store is no exception. We met the owner and had a great conversation with her. We'll run, delicious food. Thank you!

This was by far the worst DQ I’ve ever been too. Dirty, lots of flies, and the unfriendliest staff. They really seemed put out to make three blizzards. I would not recommend.

(Custer location) reason for the 3 star is because I went to get a cake for my birthday and I wanted a small one. They only had two options. A huge sheet cake and a medium sized one decorated with horses. I took a quick trip to Rapid City and went to the 8th St. (Aka Mt. Rushmore) store and found the perfect one. Thanks Rapid City!!!
