Employees out back socializing, come in and guy front of me says no one has been out to take his order. 4 to 5 minutes.

Awesome staff! Asked for a pup cup for our dog at the drive thru window expecting a cup of whipped cream, they handed us a mini cup of ice cream. Made my dogs day! Great food too!

I ordered a Reese’s Caramel Blizzard and what I got at first was basically a milkshake version. I’ve had this Blizzard before and it’s never been like that, so I politely went back to the counter to ask about it. The employee told me that’s just how they make it and refused to remake it at first. After I explained that I normally get it and it’s nothing like this, they finally agreed to remake it—but when they brought it back, they slammed it down on the table and walked off in an aggressive way.
I didn’t raise my voice or get upset at all, but the way it was handled left me feeling super uncomfortable and embarrassed. Customer service should never make someone feel like they did something wrong just for asking for what they ordered.

My order was missed in their que. I had to request it multiple times. I requested a hot fudge shake. They use such a small amount of hot fudge that the shake was barely darker than the white in the cup. I could not taste the hot fudge.

I watched some guy today 8-8-2025 cook my food no gloves on, and touching his face patting co workers backs and then I would like to say I saw all this through the drive through window best time to see through it is 5 to the closing time of the store but I watched this all at 8pm
Just disgusting I paid and then took the food to the trash I just cannot do this anymore it’s gross I would strongly recommend not going to the Custer one

I received the wrong food which I asked to be fixed, the worker who I assume was confused gave me sauce instead of it being fixed. There was also a hairball looking thing on my friend’s spoon in her ice cream along with the order just not correct.

Not great( but pretty good food), after eating I feel sick every time I go! ( update there was a bite taken out of my chicken strip!!!!!) I feel disgusted by this and beg of you to get your establishment put together. This is one of two places in town that has ice cream. This is the reason you are losing business to Horatio’s. Get your stuff together PLEASE!

Give these girls a raise! Two girls working hard to serve a steady stream of customers on Sunday, July 20 around 1:00 p.m. They were swamped but doing all they could do to wait on customers efficiently. My chicken strips were good sized, cooked just right. Good job, Girls!

I’m trying to find the words to write in my review for this establishment.
When placing my order at the drive-thru, the girl was hard to understand, she couldn’t understand me. There was confusion on the order for EVERY SINGLE ITEM I ordered. I had no clue if they’d get it correct. I think it was the manager who was the MOST rude person I have ever encountered at a restaurant. I asked for a lid for my blizzard because I was going to eat it later at the hotel and she rolled her eyes and basically tossed one out the window to me. Like I did something wrong. And she said “that’s it”. I then said we were still waiting on a dipped cone. She walked off without saying anything. I even asked if I had done something wrong.
I would NEVER recommend this restaurant to anyone until the whole team goes through some serious customer service training. Service was also incredibly slow.
This Dairy Queen rates up there with the best.
Food is hot and fresh.
Employees very friendly.
