We went here for breakfast. The food was really good and the service was promt. There are only a couple of places that serve breakfast in Custer, and they cut off breakfast at 11 am. sharp! So get there early.
Old lady with long face was extremely rude and racist towards my entire family. Refused to let us sit down but allowed groups of others to sit, when we finally were seated (we were the first ones in the restaurant at 6 am) a younger lady apologized for the older woman’s behavior. We then attempted to order food and the older woman again wouldn’t allow us to. We went to pay for our drinks the younger lady took the order for and instead of placing the card on the table or handing it back she threw the card and a pen at us.

Less than Average. The biscuits were canned. The gravy was from a mix. If you not going to actually prepare a homemade meal, one shouldn’t charge homemade prices. However, the people were friendly.
