Cool place, quick to get our take out order, beer selection was decent, many local selections to choose from as well as standard domestics. Inside is in character with the area and seemed clean and well kept. Food was decent, nothing that would make me "have" to go back but good enough to stop again if in the area.

Vince, the Head Chef, totally took care of us! We had seen him in town the night before, and he told us to come in to the Beacon and ask for him. He made us two "Vince Specials" and they were insanely good! We left there so full and happy. We live in California, but will definitely be back to the Beacon, thanks to Vince and his amazing cooking abilities!

Found the Custer Beacon when looking for karaoke after a wedding rehearsal. Easy to find with plenty of parking. With a large outdoor area, the main indoor area is comfortable, has plenty of seating, room for larger groups, and is designed for great live sound. Bartenders were quick, attentive, and friendly. I would absolutely recommend to anyone visiting Custer.
