Had fried cod and chips. Batter too thick. So a bit oily. Chips were nice.

Stopped in twice. Once for food and once for the music. The food is fantastic. We were very pleased by how great the food was! Our group loved everything we ordered. Highly recommend the chicken fried steak and the garlic burger special if there serving it!The service was amazing.Night life is pretty great. It was pretty rowdy, but the amount of security they had was great. Anyone even started acting a little dumb, they were right there.

They have my favorite gaming machines. I have won big here.

Food was ok but quite pricey for what you get. Our server was incredibly rude and constantly trying to hurry us up.Forgot several items like condiments and napkins that we requested. Clearly didn't want us there.

Rumors of a suicide in house? Interesting. Mandatory hand stamps? Dumb idea.

If you want to go back in time, stopping in here for a beer (not Bud Lite) is a must to absorb its history.

Love this place! My wife and I are touring Deadwood and the surrounding area. Spending the night here. Had a late lunch at the Bodega. Incredible prices. I mean, $5 for a draft beer? $9 fish and chips small plate! Friendly staff. Plenty of seating. Ice cold beers.

Food was fine. Service was fine, despite being short staffed. The issue was our table. We were seated at a table that was just a few feet from the restroom doors. Don’t think it was supposed to be, but since the bathroom is so close to the street, it ends up being the public bathroom, and there was constant traffic. Even the traffic could have been tolerable, but every time the bathroom door opened, we got a strong whiff of what I describe as a public park bathroom odor. Not a pleasant smell, made worse by trying to eat a meal. I wouldn’t advise anyone to avoid the establishment necessarily, but steer clear of sitting anywhere near the bathroom. To management: clean the bathrooms, control the odor, or don’t put a table right outside the bathroom doors!

If I could give zero stars I would. Incredibly rude and disrespectful bouncers. You don’t need 4 people to do the same job to the same man you’re racially profiling.

If I could leave a zero star review I would. This establishment singled out the only black man in the bar, checked his id 3 times and called the cops for no reason. It was a racial motivated act. Disgusting people with disgusting morals.

Burgers were really dry and way over priced at $16. I got the dill chicken and it tasted like it was warmed up in the microwave. Just not very quality food.Servers were nice and the atmosphere was decent. I won’t be coming back

The location is iconic, and great history. The food was good but service was not up to par. 20 minute wait and empty tables. Fun to eat there but other options as
