“Stopped for breakfast this morning for the first time. Have had the lunch and dinner menu plenty of times. Service was well above average, food was amazing, portions were plentiful. Definitely worth the drive in the weather.”

“We come out west once a year and will always stop in at West River Whiskey. From the owner, to everybody working there, just solid, good people. I don't typically drink whiskey, but their whiskey is so smooth. We never leave without a few bottles. Everything in the store is quality, not cheap like found in a lot of other shops in the area.”

“Go! Even if just once! Sit at the bar, have a whiskey, walk the sawdust covered floors, watch the reenactment of Wild Bill's murder. Just the most quintessential wild west experience. It's tacky, it's overdone, it's everything you'd hope it to be. Had such a great time, we stopped in a second time.”

“We were in Saturday for a late birthday lunch and it was absolutely perfect! The food was phenomenal, everyone in our group loved what they ordered, but beyond that our server Austin was amazing. We were a little rowdy and he was great at putting up with our nonsense and was so much fun but also very knowledgeable and made great food recommendations. I had a burger that Austin recommended and it was delicious! We also really enjoyed the bar tender too but unfortunately I didn’t get her name. Overall it was a great experience and we will definitely be back!”

“Did it right, got there early. Steak medium rare. An amazing experience and thank FLL we picked it. Nicole our server was amazing, friendly and knowledgeable with recommendations. For the manager, my only recommendation would be to have the hostess a little more welcoming and concerned about their job and maybe better communication about what to do before you get the test to go down stairs before “everyone “ gets the same text at opening. I didn’t have an issue but many were complaining about the disorganization. Will definitely be back in a next visit and no doubt a recommendation to others if you are unsure. This was also on a Kool nights week day 1.”

“Wait staff was good, but we ordered the brisket queso sandwich. Way too soggy, it was difficult to eat. It wasn’t bad, but needs tweaked. Why not serve the queso brisket on corn chips? I have had better sandwiches at Mavericks that are no longer on the menu.”

“I was doing some sight seeing in Deadwood SD and happen to run into Durty Nellys and man was I happy about having a few drinks there. The service was impeccable and I even had a tour and learned about the history of the bar and the town. The drinks were great and the vibe was better. Alex was my bartender and you couldn't ask for a better one in town. She's great! You might fall in love with this place, I know I did.”

“Every staff member I encountered was so friendly and eager to assist. The location was excellent to Main Street Deadwood. The rooms were very spacious and even had high ceilings. Wish I would have had more time to relax here. Would highly recommend.”

“great place, great food, good prices. we stop there everytime we r in town. however today I was so disappointed we walked out. we were a party of 8 adults 2 kids, the young server(not the normal lady) was very rude and unwelcoming from the start. we asked to pull two tables together, as we have in the past numerous times and she said "no you will be in the way." now mind you there were only two tables being used at the time. it wouldn't have bothered me so much, but her attitude from start sucked. im hoping she was just having a bad day. still will be our favorite place to eat, juat not this weekend..”

“A lot bigger inside than it appears from the outside... I chose to eat inside to avoid the windy conditions which would have probably cooled off my burger and fries faster than I could eat them. Friendly staff... Casual environment... Easy option for food with touristy prices... but the whole town is touristy. If you're just a party of one or two... sit at the front window for people watching.”

“I recently just had a couple of pieces of pizza from your factory and I must say excellent crust, not doughy like other pizza places, delicious sauce, delicious cheese, and I was stoked by the fact that the pizza was not greasy at all. I am extremely satisfied. I will never order pizza anywhere else if I can help it. Thank you.”
