“Vary good people makeing vary good food vary happy I get to visit every now and then one of my fav places to hang outKid-friendliness: I've seen tuns of kids there and the workers are sooper nice and good trended frendyist people I've ever met!”
“Wow, just wow! In a world of dying customer service or even just service with a smile Outlaw knocked it out of the park. Pizza was soooo good and they even catered to my preference and changed out the toppings on my two slice portion of our pizza. It was perfection. Tacos were amazing also and had great flavor!”
“This is the best place to go for a good time on Fridays for Stoner Bingo. It's like family, Whispering Graphite need to stop there and check them out thru the week but expecte to see you on Fridays ?”
“Excellent service. Very family friendly. We all loved the barbeques brisket sandwiches with chips and slaw. We took our meal home and next time we plan to take it and eat at the Splash Park so that the grandkids can play.??”
“There were 5 of us, and it was everyone's first time. It didn't disappoint and thank you for being open on president's day when no where else was. I 100% recommend this place. The coffees were made just as we all ordered, and the paninis were sooo good!! Both of the woman working were helpful and patient with us as we tried to figure out what to order.”
“Words can’t even describe how impressed my husband and I were with our wedding cake and cupcakes. They were beautiful and delicious! Karen made the process incredibly easy and helped make our day even more special!”
“I'm so glad this place reopened, but for a restaurant with burgers in the name, there wasn't much of a selection. They had more sandwiches than burgers.”
“The bar alone is a local, historic landmark, that shouldn't be missed! The server Amanda and Shannon made the experience. Absolutely fantastic service, that makes you feel at home!”
“Very good food, from the dinner rolls to dessert. My ribeye was good but average. The dessert was lights out! Cheesecake was great but the bread pudding is a show stopper! Well worth the drive. Wonderful staff!”
“Fresh lettuce without any brown/rust on it. I appreciate that so much. So often you see the poorest looking lettuce in places and I won't want it on my sandwich. Thank you for everything being fresh. Nice people working there too. This is in Lead. I recommend going to this Subway.”
“The service was great. The food was amazing and they have a nice selection of locally brewed beers on tap. Emily was the person waiting on us and she couldn't have been more helpful. Highly recommend this place for lunch or supper.”
“A very cool little ice cream shop with a little bit of old school charm. Fantastic home made ice cream with a flavor for all. On top of that homemade Waffle cones that are nothing short of perfection . Seriously the Lemon poppy seed is intoxicatingly delicious!! It's a guaranteed stop on our next Spearfish trip!”
“This place is fantastic. Best coffee wonderful food and the staff and owners are absolutely wonderful. Highly recommended if you are ever in Deadwood SD. Must visit destination. And the jokes are free.”
“Toffee Nut Mocha!Wonderful service!!Super Friendly and personable!!!Environmentally friendly materials!!!!Wheelchair accessible!!!!Several seeting options whether 1 or multiple in your party!!!!!!Top notch family owned establishment!!!!!!?☕️Until next time, keep serving up the best cup of Joe in Spearfish.”
“The food is fantastic, that I've tried, and my family enjoyed the food too. The place appears to be run by two gentlemen, and they are very gracious and competent. But, because of their limited number, service is not fast. That's my only complaint, actually, the speed of service.Kid-friendliness: Limited kids menu, no entertainment for the kids. Portion sizes are good and the host/waiter is very gracious with the kids also.”
“The food is amazing. Great flavors. Great dough. The beet salad was a huge hit too. Cash only but they have an ATM on site. Good selection of drinks too. Waitress was really on top of it too.”
“Had the pork tacos this time. I feel like they lacked flavor. They don't really have salsa to spice things up which maybe would've helped? Things were fresh, service was good.”
“Amazing food and beautiful restaurant. The server clearly hated us though and that's ok. We were drunk and celebrating life. It's been 15 years since we all seen eachother. But maybe have another server around that will deal with a table they don't want to serve.Had the Tomahawk, I'd recommend.”
“Stopped by for some carry out pizza. Next time we will dine in and let the kids play games. I’m not a thin crust fan, but this pizza was great. We will stop again.”
“By far, my favorite restaurant in town!! My favorite is chicken tiki masala. My hubby loves the butter chicken. Don't forget the Nan bread and the dumplings. Xoxo!”
“Great hidden gem of the Black Hills. The food is great. The atmosphere and style of the place is unique and cozy. And the owners are a sweet young couple who have a passion for what they are doing. 10/10 recommend!”
“I loved the atmosphere! Our waitress was really great at keeping our drinks full! Everyone enjoyed their food! The garlic cheese curds are to die for!2 out if the 3 of us got fries and disliked how under cooked them seemed. My spouse had a burger and said it was the best he's had!”
“Wow. Just wow. This place is amazing and much needed! The food was top notch! Best food I’ve had in the hills. Love it! Not like all the same old worn out steak houses/burger joints in the area. I highly recommend if you are in search of something off the beaten path.”
“Love the vibe of this local coffee shop in an historic old house. There is indoor seating for about 50, with spaces for couples or groups up to 8. There are at least 20 outdoor spots in or out of the sun nestled in cozy landscaping. Because of its location there aren't really views of the hills, but they make up for it with a fun, cozy atmosphere inside and pleasant landscaping outside. Grab a simple mug of coffee, a specialty drink, or delicious pastries, breakfast and lunch options. The grilled sandwiches are plenty of food. The drive through is always busy because it is a local favorite. Go to their website to order online ahead of time. You may have to park a block away at times, but it is worth it.Parking: You may have to park a block away at times, but it is worth it.”
“This is the first year we've tried this restaurant. But holy cow, what an amazing place to grab a bite to eat! Super clean the service was fast the food was fabulous and the waitresses were amazing!”
“I always enjoy going to Bullwackers- the food is amazing (so many homemade options!), the bartenders are fun and friendly (Taylor is my fave!), and the new owners are so good at making everyone feel welcome. Definitely one of my favorite restaurants in the Black Hills!”
“I've been going to Common Grounds for more than 20+ years now since i was a little girl and they used to be located where Nonna's Is now next door. I love Common grounds coffee, it's fantastic coffee and food, definately go here. Their free holiday chili during Christmas is great. They are a respected staple of the ”
“One desert away from 5 stars. My gf got a delicious pasta dish and I killed the prime rib! Both were on point. However desert was absolutely terrible. We got the chocolate tart. It was clearly microwaved to heat it as the entire thing was heated at different temperatures. It tasted like a bad version of my ex ake oven when I was a kid. This should just be removed from the menu!”
“Absolutely wonderful service. Great tasting area with a very knowledgeable staff on the different flavors. Cool other knick knacks, glasses, and clothing. We decided on these 2 fine flavors. Local all the way!!”
“Such a fun brewery and great beer! We were welcomed by Fish the dog and the bartender was very friendly and made you feel like a local! Loved the New England IPA and the SMASH.”
