Deadwood Gulch Resort, Trademark Collection by Wyndham

I travel alot, and coming to Deadwood, I Highly recommend the Gulch. Rooms are VERY Clean, I think the Bed is better than my own at home, and they have FREE BREAKFAST! The Bonus is , I won 2000$ last time, and won 500 just walking to my room. It's not on the Strip, but WOW, Impressed.

Rooms: Gap under doors let's in a breeze under the doors. Room 145. Other than that the room was great.

Rooms: Rooms were ok. We had issues with our cards working on the door leading from the outside & also the other door to our room from the casino. Both doors were sticky & didn't open ver easily.

Food and drinks: We expected a continental breakfast cause it's a Wyndham property. They do not have continental breakfast. They do have a restaurant where you can eat. So we paid for our breakfast for 5 days when we thought we would get continental breakfast.

The lady working front desk on November 2nd 2024 between 9-11 am, chose to be lazy and not bother helping the guests out in the best way she could. Didn’t even look through all the papers she needed to, to find information we KNOW we filled out. It’s not THAT hard being a front desk lady, me and one of our other guests with us both have done it. Way to be lazy to her! But great service to every other employee we encountered.

Food and drinks: Bostons is a great place to eat located next to hotel

Was a good time was weekend before Halloween so was a bit noisy but that was expected hotel rooms are always clean and always a good time there

Rooms: Rooms are always clean 👌 for the amount of people partying and the amount of people that go through the hotel is always top notch and clean

Nearby activities: It's deadwood plenty of activities to do

Walkability: They have trolleys and it is also in walking distance

Food and drinks: Restaurant next door is good

Great rooms, shower wasn't the best. Ok pressure but the shower head was covered in calcium deposit which wasn't pleasant to look at. Otherwise cheap rooms compared to the other locations which was nice for staying just one night. Staff was great though and very friendly, willing to work with you on any problems that arise.

We like the location and the casino was cool but the room no so good not only did it stink but it looks like a cheap super 8. We did get the room for 150$ a night but to me it looks no different than a 50$ room. Very dirty house keeping. Basically wife says I lost my room picking privileges!!

Noteworthy details: Front and welcome was awful. Would not let me check in because my husband made reservations. Same credit card.
