Thursday evening, the place wasn't busy. Since I was alone, I elected to sit at the bar. Arriving at the bar, there was only one seat in the very corner of the bar against the wall next to a big dude.I asked the bartended who was playing on her phone if I could have a table, as they were all empty. "Sure," she said.15 minutes passed, and nothing. Two bartenders mere feet away. The Phone-girl finally looked up. I asked about a menu. She replied I needed to see a host and went back to her phone. This is when I left, walked down the street to the Gem, and spent $100.00 there.Crappy service.

This used to be a great place to eat. They have changed the menu, food was not good and overpriced. Will not go back and will not recommend. Very disappointed!

Last night I enjoyed one of the best meals I have ever had. I ordered the pork chop, Brussel Sprouts with bacon and Mac and Cheese. It was all well prepared and delicious. The service was great too.

The best food I tried in Deadwood was from here. The filet was cooked exactly as ordered and was very good.

I had a simple request of the server to place a folder of personal documents in a location that would be safe from spills. She basically told me to pound sand. I spoke with the manager and she was less than helpful in resolving this situation. Extremely poor customer service. I will never frequent this location ever again. I will also let my friends know not to eat here.

Social Club used to be really good! Waited 15 minutes at bar for drink and gave up on having dinner.

We had a nice meal at Social club. The service was very good. The menu has many good options and our food was very good.

The Tuscan Tomato soup was incredible! Get an order to go. Soooo delicious! The shrimp & grits were more spicy than my wife would have liked. I tried it & it was actually spicy which I like but if you don't like your food on the hot side, I suggest ordering something else.Service was good. No complaints there. It was a little warm though. This was in Mid September. Could have used some air or a fan maybe. You couldn't open the windows where we sat. Cool place. Lots of character to it.

Went there for lunch. Ended up waiting more than hour. When we asked about wait time the waitress said that "this is not a quick service restaurant, you can go to mustang Sally's across the street". Seriously ? I think that you should inform a customer if the waiting time is that long before they are seated! Since we had to wait so long I asked another drawing paper twice for my 3 year old kid and never got any. I ate Caesar salad with chicken. The portion was small and missed croutons mentioned in the menu... The salad was 17 dollars so I expected a way better than I got. We got some discount but still all of the staff were rude. Would never go again!

Terrible! This used to be our go-to absolute favorite restaurant when we were in Deadwood, but things have definitely changed and not for the good. Poor, slow service; cold mediocre food that needed to be sent back; and extremely expensive for the quality. Go to the Stockade/Buffalo or the Franklin.

Menu not as interesting as it was on our previous visits. Service was average. Husband’s salmon was really thick and not flaky…not well seasoned. My shrimp scampi was tasty.

Had an amazing dinner here. Ordered the chislic which was very good, the drinks were very well crafted and the pasta and steaks here are very good. We ended the night with dessert and loved every bite of it.

My husband and I arrived very hungry and they weren't too busy around lunchtime. All we ordered was the tomato soup and ($12) Caprese salad (him) and the ($15) Caesar salad with chicken (me). Really slow kitchen service for this simple order. The salad portions were ridiculously small. The kitchen and or menu should inform the diner so they can make their best decision. The tomato soup was excellent, as was the Caesar dressing. Seriously though, $15 for a small chicken Caesar with iceberg lettuce and five croutons is pretty annoying. Our server, Willow, was great.
