So when you order Earls Mac and Cheese that has description roast beef and cheddar topped with Mac and cheese you have to specify you want roast beef otherwise it is just bread and Mac & cheese.

Great service, great sandwiches and truthfully the pricing wasn't that bad. There was a total of four of us and two of us ate here at Earls and the other two ate next-door. Our sandwiches are great and our food from next-door was horrible ! Tomorrow we will be back and most likely we will eat at Earls again because it was super yummy !!

I have eaten here many times in the past and never had an issue until today - went in and ordered, the cashier was extremely cordial and professional - about halfway through my order being made, another employee that I happen to know from around town came back from a restroom break, recognized me, and immediately went over to the employee making my sandwich. They exchanged words, both of them looked directly at me, smiling and laughing. I saw the employee use their left gloved hand to wipe their nose/face, and didn't change their gloves, which is disgusting.Then, the other employee who wasn't making my sandwich took one of the two sandwiches behind a corner where I could no longer see it - completely different from my normal ordering experience where I can see them making the sandwich from start to finish. Huge red flag - why would you need to take my sandwich around a corner where I can't see what's happening to it?I went up to the cashier and requested to cancel the order - again, very nice guy, understood where I was coming from, and did his best to work with me. He did not know how to issue a refund because of a new POS system, and provided me a manager's phone number to follow up - however, the phone number he provided matches the number of the guy who was just messing with my food.I have almost never doubted the integrity of my food at any restaurant I would go to, and I certainly can't confirm that my food was being tampered with, but I've never had a stronger gut feeling in my life that something was being messed with and that's not a good feeling to have.Maybe this is only something locals would have to deal with, but keep a close eye on the workers making your sandwich because it seems like they're not above being vindictive. Super disappointed with my experience today.

Great sandwiches.....I've tried 4 off the menu and happy with all 4. Soup is just ok....I prefer the salads. Atmosphere is in the casino so nothing special.Parking: Hotel parking lot and underground garage if it's full
Amazing food, amazing service, and most of all AMAZING SANDWHICHES!! We drove all the way from MSP to check it out and it does not disappoint. Please make the pilgrimage for your own sake!

I see these guys often while traveling. This time decided to give it a shot. I got the brisket sandwich and it was great. Good portion sizes as well. I got fries (or wedges) with it as well. Inside the casino made the atmosphere a little more cooool. Would definitely recommend
