Was disappointed with this, hard rock venue so knew food would be pretty standard. Good location outside on the corner but was completely spoiled by the amount of flies kicking about from open bin/ rubbish in the area. Service was ok just felt we were an inconvinience so didnt hang about. Also would have had more to drink but kept getting ignored for refils.

Our 45-minute drive to Deadwood was specifically for the Hard Rock and the parade, envisioning a classic Hard Rock Cafe meal.
Seating was a major hurdle. We were limited to bar stools indoors or high-top tables outside. With a small, already grumpy child, the absence of booster seats was a significant problem; we had to rig a makeshift solution to keep him from falling off onto the pavement. The oppressive 90+ degree heat outdoors only added to our discomfort.
The food, consisting of burgers and pizza, was okay. Drinks were another story; the iced tea tasted truly awful, making us wonder if the water itself was undrinkable. Service was a consistent frustration. We faced a long wait just to be seated, standing around confused as staff repeatedly told us to wait for a hostess who turned out to be the same single waitress managing the entire patio. Our server, though seemingly overworked in the intense heat, struggled to keep up. Refills were lacking, and even getting the check took over ten minutes. The live music across the street provided a nice ambient touch, but it couldn't salvage the overall experience. This place simply didn't deliver the traditional restaurant vibe we sought.
Our disappointment extended to the Hard Rock store. It was surprisingly small and poorly stocked, leaving us unable to find the merchandise we typically expect from Hard Rock locations.

We stopped there, it was very busy because of some live music going on and while I can understand the busy time period the wait staff seemed absolutely uninterested in trying to serve or being of any help. Would not consider stopping back.

We went into this establishment and had a few drinks and pizza, so I can't say anything about the rooms. Excellent service and pizza was good. I did not however win any money...... lol
The best Old Fashioned ever! Get one from Billy. You won't regret it.

What an awesome surprise. First of all, we started with perfectly made cocktails (French 75 + the chef's special Old Fashioned). All of the food courses were excellent (pheasant rillettes + split ice wedge salad + bison oxtail agnolotti topped with foi gras and served with a demi glace + lobster alfredo). The coup de grâce was Toby, our server, who not only lead us to our choiced based on our conversations but then paired them perfectly with wines that were not even listed on the menu. Chef John came to our table to talk food. It was a delightful experience. Thank you so much. Pat and Christine

Steaks were great. Waitress awful. We never received bread even after requesting, waitress gave some strange conflicting excuses but I noticed every other table received bread who were sat after us.

Toby was our waiter for a large group. This man is special. He was describing the food and drinks in such detail that I was lost in his verbal artistry. If this man is selling, I'm buying. Food was great, service was better. Highly recommend this intimate dining experience and ever changing menus. Top quality all around. I can't say enough positive things. Very impressed.

While the food was obviously high quality and expertly crafted from presentation and depth of taste, the service is where Snitches really excels. Toby and team served our table of 12 last night to much fanfare telling stories about our dishes, recommendations for pairings, and made sure everyone left there with a positive experience. A+ for Snitches.
