Staff was very rude and my hot brown sugar latte had zero flavor, tasted like burnt espresso and had tons of grounds in it.

Cute shop for sure. Ice cream was good. But the real reason I am writing this review is for the coffee. The coffee was terrible. We ordered 3 coffee, and all three were terrible. They had absolutely no flavor. They tasted super weak. I think the owners need to train the staff better. Or maybe the owners themselves need to be trained. Will we ever go back? Yes we will be back, but only for the ice cream.

Not very good expresso, Not hot and the flavor was bad. Pumphouse is ten times better.

Such a fun little place with all the treats you could want. I got a perfect affogato. The espresso wasn't bitter and didn't ruin the treat as ones I've previously had. Always a sucker for a special on the board, we also ordered a toasty trio latte. My niece got an ice cream cone which was also perfect. The vibe inside was pretty chill and kind of old-timey.

The Big Dipper has the best coffee, food and service. We stayed in Deadwood while vacationing and went there every morning for our coffee and breakfast! This is a must try.

Ice cream was good. Service was ok. The person scooping the ice cream also had to run the register.
