The franchisee must be absent from this business, or just doesn’t care.
I’ve privately reached out through online form twice in the past. No reply.
Tonight I ordered 3 items at 4:10 for a 5:45 delivery.
Left the store at 5:40 and received it from a less than friendly driver at 6:12.
Cold. Rubber. Missing sauces paid for.
This place could use a major overhaul.
Gas station pizzas going forward!

I’d leave 0 if I could. Placed an online order and it was accepted. Said a half hour. Waited an hour and then Tried calling several times and got hung up on. Finally answer and was told they cancelled all orders. Would have loved an email letting me know. Instead I wasted an hour and a half. Deadweird happens every year, turn off online ordering or something! So rude to waste so much time. I better get a full refund.

Could’ve emailed and told me I wasn’t going to get my order. Or answered my phone calls, instead they kept hanging up. I hope I get my refund back bc this was nonsense. If you’re busy turn off online orders.

The guys at Marco’s Pizza in deadwood South Dakota are top notch. If their manager does not know what they do at 12 AM to 2 AM in the morning at Cadillac Jack’s they have no idea that these guys need a raise. Happy, friendly ,dead on every order. Seriously manager, work with these guys for one freaking Friday night and you’ll understand they rock . Give them a raise.. and thank you to all of you.

Placed on online order at 10:30pm. Order was confirmed and estimated delivery set for 11:39pm. “Pizza tracker” said pizzas where being made. 11:50pm rolls around so I call the store and get told that they don’t take orders after 10pm. Yet they still processed my payment information and sent a confirmation email. 0/10 recommended mostly due to rudeness of staff when calling after expecting a delivery at 11:39.

Do not call to try to place an order. Was put on hold for 10 minutes then hung up on. Called back and was put on hold 10 minutes and hung up on again. Must not be in business to make any money. Was going to be about a 150.00 order.

This was the most disgusting pizza I've ever had delivered I had to ask for a refund. It actually tasted dirty...like someone threw it on the floor. I barfed. Thanks.
