States they close at midnight, they close whenever they want. Frustrating when you relay on them for late night food.

The food is okay, but I don't understand their "processing fees". I would understand if I paid using a CC and they had a policy, but I paid cash and got the pizza directly from their counter (no delivery). There's no note or explanation for it on their website. At 4%+ of the pretax purchase it seems dishonest to have these hidden fees.Edit: In response to their comment below, they actually have direct messaging disabled on their facebook. The Rapid City location not only does NOT charge a hidden "processing fee" but they also have messaging enabled on facebook. So not only is this location trying to nickel and dime you with hidden fees that are NOT company wide policy or website error, but they tell you to message them directly and then actively made the decision to remove that feature. So they want credit by nature of virtue signaling in the reviews that they will "make it right" without actually making it right. You don't need to investigate my order, you can go on your website right now and add any order for your location and it will show a processing fee.

They never have food at drunk hours even though they are open then. They always say they are done serving way before 2. Has happened many times and not just one random night/

Probably the worst pizza and worst service I've ever seen at this location. Quoted 15 to 20 minutes and 35 minutes later we get a pizza overcooked and late for my appointment. Rude staff and whether you're having a bad day or not don't take it out on your customers. Mgt. Never mentioned why they had to remake the pizza never even told me they had to remake the pizza just let us sit there and wonder. Please retrain your crew especially the management

It's feb 18th at 6:30 pm. I don't know who the Gal is that's running the counter and seemingly expediting, (shorter lady, red hair) but she is doing phenomenal! A customer got in an agreement with her and she stood up for her self and kept on trucking. Give this chick a raise!!
New management hasn't helped this business at all. They always mess up the food and forget sauces that I paid extra for. They have been skimpy on the toppings as of recently. They always close earlier than what is on the website and what it says at Cadillac jacks itself. They used to be a lot more consistent. Something has changed and not for the better. And they shut off their online app so you can't make delivery orders on the app. Which you get points and discounts through the app. But they have it shut off everyday even if it's nice outside.

So we walk up and we order a slice of pizza I paid for the pizza and went and sat down in the little tiny dining room area that they have. Then the rest of my family went next-door to the sandwich place in ordered a few sandwiches. My family got their sandwiches and then ate almost half of the sand until I realized I didn't have my food. I walk up and ask him where my pizzas and they literally looked at me like they were stoned. Then the guy hand me my slice of pizza was stiff, it was chewy and it was cold! This is the worst piece of pizza I've ever had in my life and this is the worst review I've ever written on the One Bite app!!
