We have been there several times, since we live in Hot Springs SD. Our last visit, within the last week, was the worst experience we have had there. Usually everything is on point. But we know that not everything can be 100% all the time, so we didn't call anything out. People have bad days.
Food was absolutely delicious! Our waitress Mailene was scattered and kept forgetting things, but luckily it was early in the morning and we were in slow motion so we were in no hurry. Would visit again just because the food was so good, the restaurant was incredibly convenient, and we enjoyed our stay overall at the Lodge at Deadwood!
Our group of 16 had dinner June 24. Very busy night for Oggie's. Manager Misty was awesome. Took care of us and very receptive to our large group, while taking care of everyone else. Smiling all the time. Food was excellent and served in a timely manner. Our server was excellent as well! Highly recommend Oggie's!!
