Dale's Sportsbook, Bar & Grill

1st our waiter spilled my husbands food all over the table, then didn’t even come back to wipe the table off. I personally had to do that then we had to ask for drinks for different times. We finally got them at the end of our meal and then they wanted us to pay full price never even offered a discount for spilling our good. Absolutely hands-down the worst customer service

Everything about our experience here was mediocre. We sat in the theater seating at the sports book to watch a football game and have food and drinks. The service was slow but we weren’t in a hurry and assumed she was the only person working that area. We ate apps (quesadilla and potstickers) which were fine. At half time walked around the casino a bit. I sat at the bar instead of the sports book seating and ordered a house cab. The bartender didn’t ask if I wanted menus or if I wanted to keep my tab open, he simply told me my total. I informed him my boyfriend and I would be eating there - this is when (after serving me and asking for payment) the bartender asked to see my ID. My boyfriend had steak tips which were fine, and I had the Nashville hot chicken wrap - it lacked the flavor you’d expect when ordering “Nashville hot chicken” but the fries were good. After the bartender cleared our plates and gave us the tab - again, didn’t ask if we wanted more drinks or anything. My boyfriend was literally wearing the jersey of the team that was still playing. It wasn’t as if the bartender was rude, maybe just a little unfocused. Another concern- a server broke a glass near the beer tap and didn’t burn the ice well that was nearby.

Overall just a less than ideal experience.

Best sportsbook in deadwood. Great food and atmosphere. Bring your crew and feed your degenerate side. Free beer should be given out more for sportsbook players but no reason to dock them for that.

9 of us went for breakfast not one hot meal I said something what did they do toss in the microwave nasty you should be ashamed we all spent good money in your town for bike week you guys ruined a great experience

Great Fries! I had the brisket special it was flavorful but dry. The chicken soup was a terrible bowl of mush. The hostess looked miserable. But our service was really nice. Food came out really fast and presentation was nice.

They should have left it as Santana's, the food was better and the service was better. It is still a good time but I would go in the early afternoon for football. It gets crazy there when it's a concert night.

The whiskey ribeye steak was bad. Very thin cut meat and the whiskey sauce was bad tasting and not thick enough.

This place was awesome to watch games. Service was terrible. Hardly anyone in bar. Sat at bar and literally rarely were asked if we would like anything. Had empty glass most of the time. Bartenders walked right by without asking if we would like another drink. Won’t go back.

The apps were not the best for the price. Seemed like they took shredded pork and put it in everything…not the best flavor. Cheese curds were good.

My wife and I, along with my sister and brother in law, went to Dales for dinner, got seated and was totally ignored!!! We sat there while waitresses and other staff just walked by! Not even a hello! Is it because we are bikers?? We got up and left, and as I walked by a waitress, I said “too bad nobody wants to wait on us, she smiled and said nothing!! VERY POOR
