I had the ribeye short rib, and while a flavor was delicious, it was served room temperature, and the bison heavily salted.

What an amazing experience... we will definitely be back to Snitches. This was kind of random, as my wife had heard about the restaurant and wanted to try it, really with no idea of what it was all about. Made a reservation on OpenTable and went on a Tuesday night during Sturgis Rally Week - it was very busy. Our server (Toby) was amazing from the jump. He was so incredibly knowledgeable about the beverage service and about the menu... absolutely incredible (we'd give him more stars if we could). He was so personable and attentive and really made the meal. Though, the food was not far behind! We started with a glass of wine (my wife) and I ordered a Manhattan... sweet. The bartender crushed my order, so I had another! ;-) For food, our opener was the Nobu scallops app... in a word, awesome! I followed with a wedge salad, which was huge (half a head of lettuce) and the entire blend was fantastic. For our entrees, my wife had the ribeye... which she said was the best steak she had ever had at a restaurant (i agreed) and I had the alfredo, with added lobster (good, but not great). Finishing up, we had an amazing chocolate mousse style dessert, with a hazelnut crunch topping, accompanied by a wonderful 20-yo port... Oh. My. God. Anyway, as you can tell, we'll be returning again and again! Can't say enough about Snitches and Toby, a dining experience par excellance!

The food quality and obvious top notch attention to detail and care that the staff take make this my go to spot in Deadwood. You have to give this place a try if you stop through town!

Chewiest filet I have ever ate. One of people had to send her steak back as it was over cooked. Our waiter was awesome!!

Not their best effort or experience. We ordered the exact same thing... two filets medium. One came cooked completely through and beyond well done. And the other was rare. Not sure how that happens. The waitress seemed a bit confused over how to deal with it. Not her fault, she should have been trained better. We kept the rare one and they prepared a new one for the well done one. We have eaten here often in the past and the service and food has been great until the last two times. Last time we thought it was a one off. This time it was worse.. Not sure what has changed the last two times. But they were different enough it's not worth the effort to go back any longer. Lots of great places in Deadwood to eat... maybe try another place.

Our server Mason was amazing! Best lemon drop martini I've had. The food was also top notch. I had the Korean short ribs and the butternut squash crème brûlée... to die for! We didn't love that there were slot machines about 15 feet away and you could hear everything going on in the casino, but the food and service made up for it!

Not our first time there and always look forward to returning. Excellent service and friendly atmosphere. I had the pheasant, which was excellent.

We dine here every time we are in town. Our last visit was disappointing. The menu was limited because they were out of so many items.

The atmosphere of the restaurant enhances the dining experience, featuring elegant decor that perfectly balances comfort and sophistication. Each dish is a work of art, beautifully plated and bursting with flavor. Regularly updated menus showcase seasonal ingredients, ensuring that every visit brings something new to savor. In addition to the impressive food, the drinks are equally as well crafted. The chef's special creations, which highlight unique flavor combinations inspired by global cuisines. It's not just a meal; it's an experience that keeps guests returning for more, eager to discover what culinary delights await them on their next visit.

Food was amazing and really creative. Was a little worried about limited menu for Valentines Day but from the salad through the dessert, and my husband even said the olives in his dirty martini were better than average, all 5 stars. Best meal in a long time.
