Fantastic food and service! We were in the mood for scallops, so we started off with the sautéed scallop appetizer. Cooked to perfection! All of the main dishes sounded excellent, but we must have been in a pasta mood because we chose the beef stroganoff and the mushroom ragu. They were both excellent, and as a personal preference, we both thought the ragu was the better of the two. If you're a bourbon connoisseur, they currently have a hand selected barrel of Jack Daniel's that can be purchased by the glass or by the bottle!

Excellent food for a fair price. The best part of the experience though was the service. Our waiter, Tobie was incredible. I recommend going to Snitches for the food and to meet Tobie. You won't be disappointed!

When I made the reservation, I requested a standard table as I have had foot surgery. I need to have my foot rest on the floor. I did not receive this and the maître de comment was well it is not on my computer. I then showed on my confirmation that I had but we still Had a high top. Plus there were two tables that were standard available. Everything else was great.

To start. The food: the food was either out of season or over cooked drastically. The rice was hard, grainy, and like chewing on plastic. The broccoli was stringy, with large inedible stocks, and had an earthy taste that made it unappetizing and definitely overcooked. The salmon was overcooked and charred improperly. Overall, the meal was unappetizing, and I would recommend many other restaurants in the are over this.The atmosphere: while I understand a speakeasy vibe, it was just plan dark and unlit, there wasn't a sense of speakeasy with roaring music and vibrant laughter, it felt more like a restaurant trying to void your senses and one that used dark lighting to hide the foods underwhelming visual quality.The staff: this was the brightest point, the staff tried very hard to make everything as good as they could, unfortunately a dimily small space with poor food quality can only be countered just so much with a smile and prompt service.

We were trying to find some dessert when all the power went out in Deadwood (and surrounding area). On a whim we stopped into Snitches and the staff were wonderful. Atmosphere was fabulous, the homemade desserts were amazing and the coffee was fantastic.We will definitely be back when the whole kitchen is up and running.Thank you for a great visit!

The food and the service was amazing. This was our first time stopping there and will definitely be going back. This is a great spot for special occasions, would be pricey for regular visits.

We went to dinner on NYE. We ending up eating an hour earlier (they asked/we went early) so we ate around 7:30. I ordered scallops, they were out. Husband ordered surf & turf, they were out of lobster. These are items that are on their normal menu and weren't a special. Very poor planning. The place wasn't even full.I ended up ordering a chili espresso grilled pork chop and it didn't seem to be seasoned at all. Very plain for 2 bold flavors in the name. My husband's steak was good, except it didn't come out with the blue cheese butter he requested. Disappointing for the price we paid for the food.Our server Kris was great though!
Toby our server he is amazing. Good was good. Several bottles of wine and appetizers was amazing food along with the desert. Had a separate room off high limit room amazing would love sit there again.

Mason was our waiter and he was amazing. We opted for the NYE fixed meal for 2. Tomahawk steak was divine! Melt in your mouth and delicious! The truffle Mac and cheese is amazing - please never take this off the menu! The chocolate soufflé and vanilla gelato was the icing on the cake! So delicious!!

Had a good time.My blackened salmon which was the special that night was undercooked.The chef must have put the sides in the oven to stay warm because then they came back very dry.In hindsight probably should have just sent salmon back.

Appetizers and Salads were so good. I got the dinner special and it had pasta and the noodles were crunchy on the ends like they burned to the pan and the salmon wasn't the best, my husband had the ribeye and it was really good (he got it rare which I don't like but I could tell it was a high quality steak). The waitress was amazing, you could tell everyone worked really hard. Our waitress gave us a huckleberry crème brûlée and it was AMAZING. Overall I just think it was an off night on my dinner and we will definitely be back.

A true small gem with wonderful nostalgic ambience, exquisite service, and really great food. Toby was an amazing "dinner guide" and was the proverbial icing on the cake! When we return to Deadwood, we will most definitely return to Snitches!!
